Well its a pretty solid combo. You got Effexor which I hate but its a stimulating SSRI which would synergize with the Adderall which you seem to tolerate well. Then your standard Xanax, coffee, cigarette combo which is only made better by the addies. But this is all theory everyone is different you just gotta experiment nobody can tell you what you need to get high OR get medical benefits we can only make an educated guess on a good day.

900mg gabapentin
valerian root
3mg melatonin
lots of nicorette
2 cups of sleepytime tea gonna drink it right before I pass out the tea's effects are short lasting.

I have a big pile of Effexor that just sits around on my shelf. I filled the prescription but never took any of them. Anti-depressant class drugs don't do shit for me (although the first couple days on Celexa I got a nice bit of hypomania...that went away quick though) and they really mess with my sex drive bad. Even trazodone did and that's not one that's really known for that, at least not like SSRIs/SNRIs are...I'd rather be anxious yet still be able to get off like a normal human being, thank you very much. It's not like any of those pills even had an effect on my baseline level of anxiety, anyway...if I feel like doing drugs I'll do drugs that I feel actually have an effect for me
 
7g of kratom today taken in 2 doses (a mix of green and red strains)
0.25mg of clonazepam
a couple of hash spliffs
a cup of coffee
 
Rough day at work. 30 more minutes. Not high. Gonna try to avoid getting stoned immediately upon getting home; that wouldn't help much. Damnnnn.
 
80 mgs oxycodone (last till new script).
+ some really strong china white heroin. literally a medium line has me not nodding - but full on sleeping either sitting down or standing up.
+ 2 mg loprazolam (prob one of the best benzos for good feels out there imo) right under midazolam , that has to be the undisputed king.
feelin nodacious and contented, everything is as it should be.

this is the dope im using to get me through my script gap, like i said its extremely strong. i almos guarantree it would have most of you guys damn near falling out. cos it has me, and im extremely tolerant. it had me passed out nod dreaming/sleeping with my FACE on my keyboard for 30 mins lol.

Update:
The government or mental institution was remotely drugging me with Seroquel or another antipsychotic like they keep doing, which makes me depressed and so I don't know what is real so I took 400mg bupropion/Wellbutrin, 600mg modafinil/Provigil, 450mg sertraline/Zoloft+70mg escitalopram (both SSRIs) and 180mg duloxetine (an SNRI) to reverse it all.

Update#2:
Right after I did that, they started adding more antipsychotics so I am having another 200mg bupropion, 400mg modafinil/Provigil, and double the SSRI+SNRI dose and see if I can find the old bottle of Paxil to add that to it.

Probably. I'm glad that my opiate tolerance is relatively low, though...helps me save money and I very rarely get dope sick. Usually shooting a point of decent tar heroin will hold me over for approximately a whole day, or at least the part of the day that I'm awake.

I've been trying to stay away from it but damn, I really want to slam some heroin right now trololol. Why is it that whenever I try to quit my junkie associates suddenly start sending me text messages about the cheap & awesome heroin they can suddenly get...*sigh* at least I'll be getting more suboxone on the 15th

Thanks! I took another xanax 3hrs later and a 30mg adderall. Got home an 4bars at one shot with another 30 addaral should I take another effxor?
 
I traded 4 30mg Roxys for a gram of some AMAZING BT H... I smoked 2 0.1g lines Chasing the dragon style and I was nodding for an hour and a ½!
When Tar dope makes it all the way to Boston PPL go crazy for that west coast stuff... Powder is what we MOSTLY have and as fire as it is, it's not NEARLY as pop as BT H.

Im hyped because there's a big possibility that I'll be moving again this summer (to the south of france), a few of my best mates live there at the moment. Great weather and a whole new window of opportunities.

interesting, all the bth ive had has been utter crap compared to the powder i've tried.
 
I stay feeling great from my subutex and klonopin everyday, and when I have the money I usually throw some bud and some really good crack in the mix and just get super lit from the bud/crack combo and keep taking the subs/kpins to come down off that. I am one of the very few people that really enjoy subutex! like I have taken it for years and have felt good from every shot I slam of it and every dose I have plugged and every line I have sniffed. I feel lucky that I am able to actually feel great from 'tex most people don't feel much if anything from it, and It will never be as good as real opis like H, dilaudid, opana, or oxy... but its good enough for me. Not a day goes by I don't feel blessed to be scripted what I am, it lets me function at work throughout the day and still be nice a chill. so yes I am high as I wanna be atm.
 
I went way outside my comfort zone and got a hopped stout... With curry. Why? Because Ballast Point. The absolute madmen.

Some people are just really into smoking heroin. Tar of a good consistency (I like the tar that's sticky enough that it'll "tack" to foil but still firm enough that it won't get all over your fingers or smear itself all over the baggie it came in like some tar does, ugh) is ideal for smoking. Powder is much better for snorting or shooting but it sucks to smoke.
 
Speaking of hard opiates, I'm currently trying to abstain from them so I'm using Bali kratom as a maintenance drug. I get more subs on the 15th but I'm using the kratom until then. I'm someone who responds well to kratom so hopefully it'll be enough to scratch the itch for a few days at least.

So, just been smoking some good indica and taking kratom. Pretty boring I guess. I've been having enough "excitement" lately, though 8) What I could really go for right about now is some Klonopin, honestly...Valium would also be agreeable...

Really? I know plenty of other users who like bupe (myself included)...although there are also others who will only take it as a very last resort to avoid being sick
