150mg valium and enough to nod heroin

If someone takes 150mg of valium and like 30-40mg (snorted) of heroin with good quality (enough to make you nod with no other drugs added) How high is the risk of death?
If the person would be found unconscious with this in his system what would the procedure in the hospital be? What to expect when waking up if you dont die ofc.
Tubes in stomach? I dont know anything.
 
dont kill yourself. depends on tolerance. 150mg valium you say i rememember a Bler taking that dose although it was powdered nor-diazepam. to avoid nighttime seizures. if you are trying to get high then say so. if its the suicide i know where your mind is and please go to the dark side as they have a suicide support thread. no one here is going to help you kill yourself. my gut is telling me you dont want to die and that you are just highly benzo tolerant but not opiate tolerant. if this is the case please report back as we or i can help guide you through this. ie get a good buzz w/o dying but forget the 150mg of valium bud.

Please please please don't take 150mg of diazepam. I've had suicidal ideations going on 6 years now but I keep my depression in check with cognitive behavioral therapy and small doses of buprenorphine as an antidepressant (both self-administered).

If you're suicidal, please reach out. We are here, and TDS (Dark Side) has plenty of resources and referrals.

As a rule of thumb, you should not kill yourself while your parents are alive. That is a dastardly selfish act and can lead to them having a shorter lifespan.

But if this was all because your tolerance is high, you should probably use those valiums to taper down, be abstinent for a while, then when/if you decide to use benzos again you'll get the effects you want with normal dose sizes (i.e. 10-20mg).

Its a place where people who take drugs can get advice on how to use their drugs in the least destructive way possible by people who are totally non-judgmental, kind, and highly knowledgeable.

Ok.. So you wanna know hospital protocol for this negative behavior. I'll give to you raw.

You will wake-up in ICU, you will find yourself in soft restraints (hands and feet tied up good) you will be on a ventilator (tube down throat) there will be catheterization, a wise ass ICU nurse will come in to interrogate you (you be asked to blink eyes for yes or no questions because you can't talk with tube in your throat) after this you be left alone to ponder your recent actions. Then after an hour or so a doctor will come in and have this wise ass nurse yank all tubes. You will undergo further interrogation (you will now be able to answer up for your actions) then you will become a psychiatric slave (yes this means the nut house) you will find yourself there indefinitely. Okay here comes the kicker, you will be permanently red flagged for mental health, an addict and a IDU.

I will pray for you.
 
I dont have benzo high tolerance so 150mg of vallium and enough to get me noded heroin will surely as others have said make me die, unless the ambulances come . will there be narcan what do i expect from that? narcan
How quick does it take to actaully die and be a hopeless case after you have taken the doses (150mg valium) (40mg heroin good grade enough to make me nod)

Sorry man, but no one here is going to help you kill yourself, but we/I would like to help you, why are you suicidal and is there any way we can help?

I will say that, people survived higher dosages waking up with brain and or nerve damage.
You don't want to go down this route.
 
Well said. That's what I always say..
People try that and go through tough situations when they wake up and know they can't speak, move part of their body.
I can't even begin to describe or explain how that is when you simply can't talk or hear what people are saying and that goes on and on. Turning to a vegetable can take things to a totally different level. It happens, trust me.
 
Why do you think you're a hopeless case? Are you a drug addicted child molester? If so a firearm is the cure suggested by most people.

But I don't think that's who you are and from studying you for the past 30 minutes I believe you want help. Just find a friend who you can talk to. You don't have to mention suicide, just talk. I'm pulling for you.

Yes, if you do survive you will likely have severe permanent CNS damage due to lack of oxygen. No matter how bad your life is now, that's a whole new level of horror. Please talk to us before you make any decisions.
 
What will happen is you probably won't die, you probably will wake up in a hospital with a naloxone drip and a catheter in your urethra. Or you will die and cause lots of pain and suffering to those who love you. Sorry to be blunt, but as has been said, no one is going to help you commit suicide, this is a harm reduction forum. Check out The Dark Side.
 
while I somewhat agree with the above, it's not really productive to insult the OP either, which is why I made the suggestion that he/she take it to the dark side, they got a suicide thread there, I don't really know why TDS sent it over here, I can sort of see the reasoning if it were a hypothetical question though it's probably not, and there for OD is probably not the appropriate place for this post.
 
The threads are left up so hopefully other members can convince the OP suicide is not the answer. Post like yours here beaves are inappropriate as it could push someone to kill themselves. What would happen if your post pushed the OP to kill themselves.... How could you live with their blood on your hands? Just think about that next time you want to make an inconsiderate post.

Get help, man. No matter how bad it is, it could always be worse, and that's where you're headed if you continue thinking the way you are.

On the other hand, it's here, hasn't been moved yet, and OD is about harm reduction, not trying to push people further towards suicide.
