Fair point, I'll see what I can do otherwise then. Would a sheet of paper on the radiator work, or should I just wait for my flatmates to clear off so I can microwave a plate in peace?

Not if I have a choice in the matter. Alcohol based anti-microbial hand gels remove the sweat itself along with the fermentation of it that is the true source of its odour.

Sounds like a good life. They finally fixed the central heating here, so I have emerged from hibernation and got some proper food (pancakes and chili) in me, finally. Got a bit more mix for a possible breakfast, or I might catch a bit of lovely, not freezing to death sleep instead.

Got it cooking on a freshly nuked plate on top of the wardrobe for now, it's fairly lumpy but hopefully drying will take care of that. If it's still rocked up tomorrow I'll give it a good crushing before it goes back in the bag, and then it'll sit in the drawer till the weekend.

Making the most of your time off before the new job then :) Sounds like a great way to spend your day. Another lovely day here today and I'm hoping I can get the majority of the sand down today and start tiling tomorrow or Saturday.

Definitely making the most of it before the new job begins. Again got too much sun today. I might stay indoors tomorrow i think.

Getting too much sun is a horrible feeling, even if you don't burn then just that dizzy, hot, sickly feeling is awful. It's worse if your dehydrated from the night before also
