Nowt much. Feck, not even distance can keep Sham and I getting a fucked up sleep schedule. Neither one of us can keep awake for more than a few hours. I know that's not your problem but sleep problems are still problems. I should not be awake and yet here I am..... Here we are.....

ugh my lungs feel sore just reading that!

straights are not my choice of cigs in general, chain smoking roll-ups when drunk isn't too bad but killing a 20deck in a night, my lungs feel like someone has shaved a layer off with a rusty cheesegrater

I do find it odd though that there are now 4 call ins at my work today all for the same thing. Mibbe I am contagious!

We are actually not allowed to work if we are sick. There are a lot of frail elderly patients getting hip replacements etc and people post surgery with comprimised immune systems so its quite understandable. They still get the shits when you ring in sick though.
 
Back on the healthy-ness.. and gonna attempt a sensible weekend... oooo
 
How's the hangover from hell progressing?
