Since starting my new cycle of deca and test ive started having breakouts. Few on my face and shoulders but most of the pimples have occurred on my lats. Is there anything i can take to stop or atleast lower the breakouts? With my previous cycles of test i didnt have this problem.

Some people just have issues with nandrolone and acne. For me I was body with anti microbial wash, selsun blue (anti fungal), and an antibacterial soap. This is to clean and exfoliate the skin. Follow it up with a moisturizing body wash to keep from drying out too much.

Yeah for the hair use selsun blue or t-gel

For your skin ive always went with with cetaphil..

And sero use the word exfoliate...unfortunately when a man uses gear it forces him to take care of his skin like a women, so invest in cleaning products

Use a sun bed or tanning booth or whatever you call them where you live I guarantee nothing will work better you will see results in 2-3 3 minute sessions. Once you've been for about 2 weeks you will be completely clear of acne

What about a B-Complex or Pantothenic Acid. I heard Pantothenic acid especially over time clears your skin from any future breakouts. Is that true or not really?

Pantothenic acid does work to an extent. It helps accelerate the metabolism of lipids and on a relevant note, our skin is comprised of lipids. Essentially it reduces the collection of sebum and reduces the sebaceous glands daily excretions. It'll treat an immediate issue, but a combination of multiple synergistic nutrients will really stop the severity of future breakouts.

B-Complex and more specifically cobalamin analogues (B12) under uncommon, but specific circumstances aid in the development of bacterial acne vulgaris if you unfortunately possess a genetic marker for the predisposition. Here is a little study I recently found. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26109103

Androgen related acne development is honestly pretty hard to mitigate unless you remove the sole denominator, which is your supraphysiological androgen supplementation. Best thing is to avoid using excessively harsh washes, no touching, and maintain optimal hygiene practices that involve what your face touches. For the back I'd try a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash and a thick bristled brush as the texture, density, and sensitivity on our back is hardly a comparison to the feeble nature of our skin.

Yeah see that's the thing I shower twice a day because I love my showers and I'm all about cleanliness. And I tend to have a oily face so I'm constantly washing my face but as far as breakouts.. I only get one or two every few months but even without picking them they still scar and it's annoying! I miss having a clear face!
