Best : Xanax vs Clonazepam vs Valium

Take a little of all 3..:D

I joke. I joke. Alraprazolam is best for anxiety. Clonazepam for just being relaxed and chill. diazepam (Valium) for sleep.

Xanax will knock any anxiety or panic out the park, it just doesn't last long enough. Klonopin is my favorite, it last long and has strong anti anxiety properties. And vallium I never liked much I have to take to much to get anxiety relief and I don't even have a high benzo tolerance.

I've been prescribed all three for at least a year each (not all at the same time). I find Valium the best for daily medical needs. It hits fast like Xanax and last long like Klonopin. It's also the most forgiving if you wish to skip a dose and drink a beer or something. Finally, it's the easiest to adjust your dose up or down. Both Xanax and Klonopin are potent (mg for mg) so they are harder to control an exact dose. Note: at the beginning of using Valium, I found it very sedating - more so than Xanax or Klonopin. This goes away after a few months of use.

Xanax is the best for sudden anxiety and panic, but is taxing and dangerous if used daily. I found the rebound anxiety gets worse with time and upping the dose is just digging the hole deeper. If you just need an occasional benzo, however, then Xanax is wonderful.

Klonopin works well in the beginning but loses its effectiveness after a couple of months. It's the worse of the three IME.

I made THAT dumb mistake recently. :| I took a shit ton of Valium (literally 20 10mg in the span of a few hours, like 3-4) and dind't feel shit. So I was like damn, I must have a high tolerance to this shit. Not realizing things are different benzo to benzo. So the other night I took 3 xanny bars thinking it would be cool- to sleep, really. My friend told me I started mumbling and reaching for shit that wasn't there, and when I finally did pass out I was having convulsions and shit for like an hour. 8o I remember nothing. Definately don't be stupid like me. Do yo research!:)

Its said 10 mg of valium equals 0.5 mg of xanax i think but i am not sure . But does that mean that still 0.5 mg of xanax would have different effect than 10 mg of valium since potency is diff ?

Yes. The mg do not equal out to the same.
One Xanax bar, 2mg, is usually a lot or too much for people. Many a time I've heard people say "Damnnnn, you're gonna take that whole thing?" Because they're kind of perferated so that one bar is like 4 pieces. So three was a lottttt and very stupid of me.

if you have GAD Xanax is no good for you as its half life is short. But it would still work if you feel especially anxious or getting close to a panic attack.

Diaz and kpins are both better with the longer half life.

diaz seems to hit every gams receptor equally and has more muscle relaxant properties. I would say kpins just beat it for anxiety and just make you feel normal once you are past the stage of feeling tired.

but go easy. Start low.

i am a halcion, tamazepam , brotazilam, versed fan my self, they lick those others up for europhia and or strength although Diaz will give you some.

the problem people with no anxiety or stressed/tight body parts , it may not affect them at all. Use the stuff if you have a need them for muscle relaxents or anxiety. Nothing else.

How would you compare the efficacy of benzos to lyrica and baclofen ?

Cause i find both good for anxiety

100000 times better . Balcofen gives me brain zaps.

but it's on the individual..

If you want to use benzos for recreation , then have a drink or take some codeine, tamazepam with it. But not to much. I am not condoning it.

etizolam and a few beers is amazing.

Nah. In fact tramadol and benzos are almost safer than trams on its own . As it reduces potential seizures.

the other two are naughty .

but sod it.

Here is swims advice

For short term and quickest relief of anxiety would be Xanax. Valium lasts a lot longer but doesn't have the immediate punch that Xanax has. Klonopin is probably the strongest out of the three only because it last longer.

Benzodiazepines are in a different stratosphere than lyrica! What I'm saying is benzos are much better anxiety relief! Though I have tried Lyrica it is for nerve pain which has nothing to do with anxiety

^ Please refer to yourself in the first person. No swimming on BL please :)

Out of those three Dizepam is my preffered for chronic anxiety (GAD). Nothing beats Xanax for acute anxiety though, IMO.
