SNOO V8 - In the bathroom smashing glasses

I am liking that one a lot too but the original green still is my daily go to, fuckin love that stuff!
 
Helping someone lay a laminate floor. Snoo is discovering that the fourth and subsequent rows go in much more easily, once there is enough in place for it not all to move out of position when you try to tap a board into place.

Anti-snoo was cutting a board at the wrong end, so there was no groove to mate with the tongue of the last whole one; but I even managed to recover from that.

Another snoo was what it felt like to be the first person to stand on a brand new section of floor. Now having crossed the Rubicon (well, the halfway line across the room) we're on a quick mission to score some chips, then back to hard at it .....

Heh. I'm thinking about making a proper job of flooring the loft over the next few days. Well the main bits anyway, it's pretty huge.

I've been putting it off for long enough. My mum's got a spare loft ladder at her house which I'll also fit here too at some point. Playroom number two coming up!
 
The floor went down on time (despite cutting a piece wrongly and ending up having to make a butt joint on the very last row, for want of a socket end) and the hottest curry I've ever eaten (and I was a regular at the Sky Blue in Lozells) was served. And most delicious it was, too.

Gonna hafta start mainlining uncut capsaicin at this rate .....
 
Had a lovely week with Dan and looking forward to more fun in the near future ;) And the weather is getting nicer (kind of) so feeling much more positive about life atm. Should be a lovely summer. Plus another luck based snoo today, despite a certain website going down after I'd placed a naughty order I checked again just now and it's all working again, plus my stuff has been shipped. Excellent.
 
My neighbour called round this morning and has lent me the 4th series of Game Of Thrones to watch.
Chuffed to pieces as he lent me the first 3 series also which I finished watching recently and it has got me hooked. Certainly one of the better TV shows I've seen for a good while.
 
I'm not doing too bad thanks Evey. Got a few health issues but trying not to worry too much until I've had the CT scan and get the results.
I'm going to try and get myself back into work again as I can feel myself becoming insular and not wanting to see people so I need to get back out there mixing with people again.
