No need for private email addresses, unless you prefer it.
Go to The Dark Side forum and look at the moderators (not saying that others I dont mention aren't good at their jobs, but these 2 have helped me out loads..)
Find herbavore and Nersickanymore.. wonderful people. They will be more than glad to help you out (not trying to speak for them of course cuz they may be busy)
give them a chance with your issues, just because I am banned ATM doesn't make me a bad person and make me not want to help the same way I would if not banned.

Good luck with your problems, we all have them.. some just have easier ones to handle.
