Mutton is delicious, I prefer it to lamb I think. It's far superior in a curry and is delicious in western cooking too.

Homemade pizas are lush, especially if you make the base from scratch too as it tastes and smells so fresh and 'airy' if that makes any sense. I used to make them years ago when i was out of work for a while, with plenty of time to spare for warming up yeast dough and all that rigmarole, but as i can currently buy decent and tasty full size pizas for 89p from Aldi 5 minutes walk away its quite unlikely that I'll be making any more pizas from scratch any time soon.If im feeling extra adventurous one day i might add some of my own extra toppings on top, like garlic, mushrooms, red onions, peppers or tomatoes. They really flavour up a plain cheese and tomato base very nicely.
Making gnocchi used to be the bane of my life.

Ah it just used to do my head in when I was working on garnish section in a certain restaurant where we used to use pan fried gnocchi as a pretty regular garnish. Getting enough of the fuckers cooked up during mis-en-place time was a right pain in the arse and it kind of takes over the entireity of the area you are working in so you can't do anything else at the same time.
Probably not as much as I hated having potato pancakes on the menu though, I almost lost my mind (and job) over those.
For future notice baking the spuds makes nicer gnocchi on the whole, easier to work with the potato as well because it's dry.
