e: While picking up my subs and valium tuesday I saw a guy getting his script for 4mg Dilaudids filled. Told him : "Enjoy, these might be outlawed and even HM Contins too, you'll have to deal with...what's your script again?" -It's 2x4mg every 4 hours (I wonder why he doesn't simply get 1 8mg dilly every 4 hours, but that's besides the point). I said if the Conservatives get their way, you'll get something ridiculously weak and hated by pain patients, Jurnistas, and judging your dose, no more than a 24mg). You should have seen the look on his face : "I was on that shit before, 32mg, but they're 24 hours extended, total bullshit, a couple tylenols offered more instant pain relief! So I was put back on Dilaudid".

Imma spread the word, I'm a regular at pain patients support meetings.

GreetingY'All, so I am now living in Ottawa, originally from Montreal QC. But havetravels many places and moved around and lived around Canada, USA and Europe aswell... Been an active opioid user almost anywhere I have stayed too long....
My drug of choice is *Heroin* Ilove my number 4 but in times of desperateness I have found myself shootingmany of different grades of H as well as many different opioids...
So Ottawa is not really a Herointown, it’s around through dial& deliver service, which is not convenient. limited times and locations, plus very large Quantities only 3 points min... very pricey as well min package you can buy is 120$ worth!!!
There are lots of pills but as I said I am a H guy!
I guess I am still a tad shocked that the market is like this, everywhere I ever lived there was so many dealers that a service like mentioned would never last...

Hi! I'm from BC. Currently I get about 120 dilauded 8s per month. I've found that I have to keep that info to myself though. Apparently these things are like gold around here. Some guy said I could get 10 dollars each for them in Vancouver but I dont know if he was lying or not..seriously? $10 each??

Just before my rapid detox I was slamming anywhere from 24-48mg of dillies at a time. (24mg caps) in the states where I'm from an 8mg dilly goes for 20-25 each

Newfoundland isn't a state, it's a province of Canada. US do not have Hydromorph Contins, they have Exalgos and those are impossible to abuse (its their own Jurnistas).

Pricing isn't allowed most of the time here, context is very important, but ouch, you had deep pockets for that IV hydromorphone habit of yours. With 4x4mg dilaudid, shot one every hour with some benzos and weed and I was a happy camper. I hated IV'ing hydromorph contins, even with the proper filtering, they don't seem to kick in as awesomly as a brand name dilly will do and the rush is nowhere as great compared to slamming 4-8mg of dilaudid. I slammed 3/4 of a 18mg hydro contin after mortaring and pestling it and I did get very high, but no rush, and I had sudden puking, things that never happened with regular dilaudid, well, when I was addicted enough.

Hey guys, anyone else here from Manitoba? I've only been able to find H here maybe 5 times over the past 4 years...pharms are pretty plentiful though, it varies a lot what is most affordable, but between morphine, hydromorph/dillies, and fent i'm usually not caught short...wish heroin came around a little more often tho i hear ontario's dope scene is getting a lot better than it used to be, maybe i should think about moving when i finish university...

Just liike Jurnistas, except they stop at 32mg, so lame, considering they're 24 hour pills.Jurnistas are available too in canada and they are garbage, back then i would pass on the 64mg pills for 4mg dillies. Just like everywhere in Canada Heroin's not a problem compared to HMC's. yet no scandals Only the fact we have generic oxycontins makes some government types mad. I shot so many of those 30's and 18's right there. It's a shame you couldn't just eat the 30, I did it once and got high as shit all day but no rush. The guy I got it from was scripted 2x 30mg HMC everyday + 4x4mg Dilaudid every 4 hours. But he's an asshole and he helped me get out of that shooting yourself in the foot game. They're all Purdue, no generics for those, but its fine, gov pays for them, unlike generic oxycontins

Don't worry they won't be able to make all meds XR because that would be very stupid. You need IR meds for breakthrough pain and that's that. As for Jurnista insurance companies here don't even cover it and you can beat the time release on those fairly easy if you know how to. I've never seen the fuckers before though cause here it's all hydromorph contins. Jesus those hydromorph contins really got me hooked bad last year cause the dose is so high. I ended up banging 3 18's at a time which is insane and fucking retarded.

Vancouver has the best dope around and we have tons of users here looking for heroin everyday its quite the lucrative business out here you can get a pretty penny for it too. In Victoria its pretty dam expensive though and harder to come across but its only an hour ferry ride away from the main part of Vancouver.

Least common ones now seem to be oxycodone, diladid and fentanyl due to the crackdown on pills it seems everybody is on heroin even grandma's, grandpa's, moms, dads and so on and so forth. Just so many people who are in pain have been forced to go to the streets and buy heroin on a regular basis its sad actually seeing what the stuff does to them.

That is cheap actually you could get 2-3 times more than that for each pill

Wow, that's crazy expensive. In Montreal, Dilaudid is by far the most common opioid on the street and they are cheap.

Oh really here pills are almost non existent on the streets due to government crackdowns. If you do find em your paying a pretty penny.
I stopped after oxy 80s were becoming like gold and were well over a hundred bucks each for one pill. Diladid isnt as common the times ive had it was from a script but did sell them for a pretty penny here and there and people still told me i was cheaper than the other dilaldid dealers

I'm against this and it was my DOC (Dilaudid/HM Contins to a lesser degree, can't really make em feel like pure Dilaudid pills even when prepared to be shot). Especially since I got there because of retarded doctors having a hard time scripting me any opiates except for codeine and hydrocodone syrup/pills when I had bad bronchitis and pneumonia. Will they be removing the syrups too?

Dunno but for cough I either get pure 30mg codeine pills (pure as in no other active ingredients) or that shitty Cophylac syrup that contains normethadone instead of hydrocodone. If normethadone has any psychoactive properties I have yet to feel them.

I doubt Parliament will follow suit, as there is no political pressure to amend the policies of compassionate care. Any change would likely result in a loss of public support for the CP especially in BC, Ontario and Quebec so Harper, who can't afford making so many voters irate at backward US-style drug policies will likely rein in Ambrose or shuffle her once more to another department. My belief in this is the main reason I live -and vote- in Canada. I have dual citizenship and used to live in NYC and my native Vermont but drug laws in the US are abusive to the point of being inhumane... except in the military. I served in the US Navy for 3 years and the reasonable complaints of pain or cough were dealt with copious handouts of Vicodin.

They used to be frequently prescribed up to the 1990's but the advent of other forms of oxycodone with supposedly less addictive properties (it always amazes me what some physicians will believe) pretty much killed Percocet's market, just like Percocet itself had taken over Darvocet 20 years prior. That said, some physicians still prescribe Percocet when a patient doesn't want oxy in other forms. Supeudol has been around for a long time, 30 years or so, but seems to be enjoying a booming popularity nowadays. As more of it is being prescribed, street supply is growing. Originally Supeudol was developed for patients who could not swallow or digest properly. The rectal ROA was at least freeing them from remaining hooked to an IV dispenser and/or occupying beds in the ER or ICU. I don't know the reason for the current surge.

In my Navy days my ship did not have its own dentist only a doctor so I would endure a tootache (with the help of Vicos) and wait until we docked in Norfolk so I could see a certain military dentist there who always prescribed Demerol after extractions, filling, root canals and other invasive procedures. He would say "I don't give pain a fucking chance".

but fuck this was the most retarded thing I heard in my life, especially since Percocet stops at 5mg here unlike in the US, they feel so sorry for ourselves that we have the hilarious Percocet-Demis though....8) If it's all you can find, just make some CWE's, at least that's worthy CWE's compared to the messy caffeinated OTC CWE's most of us pull of when withdrawing and shit out of luck.
