As far as I could see he accused bearlove of being you under an alt account. Which was clearly a joke, seeing as bearlove has been around here for a while.

I genuinely fail to see the problem. I'm not sure if you misread it or something Summer. Are you actually proper pissed off at that daft, slightly funny, joke?

Summer's only 19 and on a lot of drugs. Take it with a pinch of salt. She's probably on a come down or summit. She's not usually like this is she. That's the problem with them forums - too quick to think to worst of everyone.... she'll be ok once she's had time to think... she's probably taken things the wrong way n this could be the beginning of a wonderful friendship. Think of me n raas.... We're good friends now, ain't we?!

Have to agree with this. I have noticed there's a certain friction between Curious and Summer but frankly that's for either or both of them to worry about - it's what the ignore function exists for. If another member happens to wind you (generic 'you' meaning any and all of us) up then put 'em on ignore and actually ignore 'em. They won't quite go away but you won't see their posts any more unless you actively choose to.

In this particular case I did think it was quite funny. I also didn't see it as being a putdown or insult to either party. Both are famously fabulous - don't see why that it's a problem myself but then I am not directly involved. I am more than certain that because some people found it funny, some didn't, some made some reference to it, some didn't, therefore everybody secretly hates Summer makes no sense at all and is fairly obviously not the case.

If personal clashes ever do cross the line into actual harrassment they will be dealt with. Other than that it's either grin and bear it, come back with something suitable (that also doesn't cross the line into actual harrassment at any point) or - and this is the best option of all - use the ignore feature cos that's why it exists.

What Ponch and Max said. It clearly wasn't meant that way but it definitely did read rather patronising to be honest, Evey. Try changing 'Summer' to 'Evey' in your post and imagine somebody had said that in relation to one of your patented Evetrums. I can well imagine if you were in a bit of a bad mood you probably wouldn't appreciate somebody saying you were always on drugs and probably just on a bad comedown. That applies to the majority of the forum so is always worth bearing in mind - that part I agree with - it's just the way you worded it that could perhaps be taken in a way you didn't intend is all.
 
Yawn. God, most of you have a reading comprehension of about zero it would appear. As well as largely being patronising as hell. I'm 19, not 12 darlings and have actually been brought up properly so I'm probably 100x more mature than most people here.

The joke was that I think I'm fabulous (and am) but whatever the fuck that guys name is thinks I'm an arrogant moron. As indicated by previous posts.

Cba even reading half of that shit nevermind actually replying to it, got bored a few posts in but my big flaw is that I can't handle watching people struggle in a fug of ignorance so hopefully you'll all appreciate the new clarity.

Arguing with people less intelligent than you on the other hand lowers your iq. Even more so when it's over the Internet. So it's not something I'll be doing tonight or ever.

I won't be around anymore either way so have fun talking about something I couldn't give a flying fuck about. I may be a cunt, but at least I'm an unforgettable one. And at least no one will miss me ;) xxx

Seriously now, what exactly have I done to warrant the personal attacks above? I made a joke when Bear said he's fantastic as that's what your whole internet persona mostly consists of. You can't seriously think you can keep giving it all that superiority patter without people pulling your leg about it every now and then.

Did I piss you off when I said your coke was probably caffeine and paracetamol? I'm struggling to think what else I'm supposed to have done wrong.

I don't do internet wars and I'm not gonna start now, so can we at least keep any follow-up civil?
