(Since I'm one of the main culprits of thread derailing, I have to agree though. Also agree about snolly being excellent, obviously I haven't been around that long but from what I could tell you did a great job snolly). :)<3

Would also be unfeasible seeing as I'm still on staff and still posting regularly. Not sure if one mod can spank another like that actually. Hmm... will I get my first proper infraction from the very person I voted in? :sus:

I think there actually is an instruction manual somewhere. Although - oddly enough - not one that tells new mods where the new buttons are and how to use them. Technically you're probably supposed to read the BLUA and the Forum Guidelines too but must admit I left those til quite late in my career :o
