Festivals 2014

Not sure what it'll be like but I'm going to lovebox this year! Should be good I think. I'm just going to get off my face and jump around in a field :)
 
I figure this thread may as well be for talk of what went down at the festivals too...

Sonisphere was awesome. First time there & at a metal fest incidentally. Great atmosphere & good music on the Sunday. (had a day ticket)

anyone going to tomorrowland next week? only going with one otehr mate maybe meet up there im there the whole four days give me a pm or whatever
 
heh, wanted to go to tomorrowland on the 25th but they sold out before i had the chance ... better luck next year i guess...

Trying to get last minute tickets, they dont let you in with second hand ones so theyve set up some bastard website where people who dont wanat them have to post them there, then to get the name changed it seems like a ball ache.

Went last year though was mega, good crowd (lot of southerny studentys hoo hars going for a shower and a snooze) though they are no harm, strange allegiance to cooked ketamine and wraps though.

Best festival ive been to in terms of layout, atmoshphere etc just right.

The Secret Garden Party is about 20mins away from where I live. I've never been but I always know when it's on as I live a minutes walk from a big Tesco store & that weekend its full of strangely dressed folk buying their food & alcohol.
Local Steve's Taxi firm drivers love it as they make a load of cash driving festival goers to Tesco & back and to & from Huntingdon train station.
Hope everyone that's going has a great time there.
 
I'm off to lovebox today. 30 degrees in London. Reckon I'm gonna spike my cider with MD and stumble around. Nice

I just saw Bassnectar is going to be at Tomorrowland... would be awesome to see!
 
Yeah SGP is sold out and I've heard the same that the anti-touting site is lacking in the supply department.

Kosmicare UK are looking for a female volunteer to fill a last minute cancellation so there is a free ticket available there if that sounds like a good way to enjoy a festival to you.

ye? thought it would be easy, quite a huge site but low security, just a bastard if you want to go out and in really for supplies, run the risk of being caught with your stash aswell, they had a dog on the only entrance for the whole duration of the festival last time, not for "staff" though :sus:

Actually only festival where ive found pretty much every single drug ive needed within about 5 minutes.

I just remembered aswell from leeds fest about 6 years ago, some girl fell into the shit pit trying to rescue her bag, you know the large hole they dig, then everyone shits and pisses in it for the whole festival, aye it was above her head, i can still smell it now.

Good availability of stuff out on the campsites ?

looked like alot were using, can u link me to the arrests? im going tomorrow and taking my script with me i hope they let me in with my valium ! its my meds or i might have to withdraw fully for five days :/..

was thinking of taking al lad/amt over with me but fuck that! i know a guy in belgium who says i will meet the people i want to meet (guessing campsite will be best for that) anyone comfirm this ?
