Fried Brain

What does a fried brain feel like? I think I have one. My brain goes gingglegingglezipppppp, gingleginglezippppppp, every three or four minutes. It is driving me crazier. 8(

i.e. the gingle gingle zippppppppp means, like someone is rattling a bunch of nickels and dimes and then zipping them across my brain. Does anyone know what I mean?

I experienced brain zaps from ingesting way too much and untested mdma. What drugs did you take or are taking?

sounds like either brain zaps or mild seizures to me, i would talk to a doctor about that asap

I read in your other thread that you were taking celexa. Are you still using it or did you stop?

This sounds like SSRI discontinuation syndrome.

Similar symptoms to what I had once I stopped esciltalopram.

A year later and they still haunt me when I'm tired and stressed.

Actually, I was off my SSRI (celexa) for a while. I didn't think of that, but I think
you are right on with this info.

^When I experienced brain zaps I have read this article over and over again because if I am not mistaken, I have read that consuming MDMA irresponsibly can cause nasty symptoms:

How long ago did you discontinue the SSRI? I didn't get better until after a year or so and the brain zaps where terrible on the first 4 months.

I have gotten brain zaps--mostly when trying to fall asleep and when first waking for a couple of years now. I am not coming off anything and have no idea why they started. They can be unsettling for sure.

Yeah brain zaps are really weird, I had them after abusing MDMA, and also after abusing AMT. Really alarming.
