Happy Friday everyone,

Hope you all have a great day :) - boring as hell day for me today, got to sort the place out (tidy, housework n crap like that). Last day of singledom as partner back home tomorrow - can't wait.

Ive made the mistake of thinking im fine when coming off subbs in the past, that was before I knew about half lifes and what not.. You're bound to have some floating around your system still, arent you?

Yes I have jumped off at 24mg..getting on for pretty much 72 hours since I had any bupe and I feel almost completely fine though. I didn't even get 24 hours of comfort out of my dose so I was expecting to feel a lot worse than this by now. There's obviously going to be a reasonable amount left in my system but I would have thought the drop in that time would have resulted in me feeling much worse than I do now.
 
What do you mean you didnt get 24 hours of comfort? Maybe you were on too high a dose n subs was working against you. I've heard it can be counter-productive when dosed too high but that's not fact it's here-say really. Just thought I'd put it out there.

It's shaping up to be a lovely day up here... it's not quite warm enough yet but I've already got my shorts on in anticipation!

I've been over at my folks for the past week & I'm off to St. Andrews with them tomorrow... it's doing wonders for my anxiety levels. Just hope the nice weather continues, it certainly seems to help. I feel so care-free on sunny days.
 
how long had you been taking 24mg for, if you dont mind me asking ? I would be amazed if you 'jumped' at 24mg with only minor dicomforts. I dont mean to be all negative, when you are seeming so strong and positive, as that will help you massively if you stay like that. I think that you will be very lucky if you find jumping off at 24mg easy though.

Exactly that. Got to make the most of it... I always find an excuse to be outside when it's sunny even in the cooler months.

It never did warm up here really - it's only 14 degrees but as long as you are out the wind & keep still it feels warm.
