Got this done in the gym yesterday after being a big bulky dbol monster this is where I'm at tell me what you think please

I am lean bulking, I believe I can get bigger without adding water or fat in the process

Weight 11st 12lbs
Muscle 10st 3lbs
Body Fat 8.9%
BMR 2015 ( ?? )
Water 65.5 (Can somebody explain this)
Visceral Fat 1
Bone 0.7

First off, I don't understand the numbers you gave for your weight and height.

What are your lift numbers?

Do you have any "before" pictures?

How long have you been on your current cycle?

I've read your posts detailing the compounds you're running and given that, I'm definitely underwhelmed by your physique in that picture. That physique can be attained naturally.

more chicken breast and whey protein! you need more size! don't worry about putting on fat.. your running tren dude.. all those hormones are in your body right now giving you the optimal levels for building muscle.. Get the most bang for your buck and eat a shit ton of protein and veggies.. so what if you put on a little fat.. that is what cut is for!

anyways my suggestions: go to steroidology... read the sticky on nutrition... calculate total BMR and TDEE and figure out what you need from there... that is what all the dieticians and personal trainers do for their clients anyways...

I also think if you developed your chest more you'd see a huge improvement in your physique. id focus on higher reps and several sets of several variations of bench press to be honest because you will grow with all the hormones your on.


rome wasn't built in a day.. don't be worried about the forum and what other people think. it's about being your best self and being happy along the way.

Well if you seen me before you would realise how much I have changed,

I've only started on Tren, Var and only have a TRT dose of Test going through me now and the Deca will be almost out of my system

I am not on any crazy cycle

The point is I got down to single digit BF after being 14 stone of water and that took a lot of work to shed and a lot of dry chicken as well

This is a before picture basically now that I'm not going for the water balloon look anymore, I will post another in 6 weeks and I know for a fact there will be a big difference

And I don't believe in posting lift numbers, I'm not a power lifter, powerlifting has left me with a back injury that limits what I can do in the gym big time

I had to stop training for 2 years I have only been back for about 8 weeks and I have achieved this, I wish I did take a pic 8 weeks ago now
 
I am happy about the single digit BF and my Visceral fat only being level 1

Visceral fat is internal fat around your organs and I got the healthiest number there so that's gotta be good.

Except that tren is an advanced steroid. You may have prematurely started using it.

Yes, I'm not denying the reality of your hard work. You don't look bad, but you definitely have more work to do to optimize the compounds you're running.
 
I use Letro just by whatever lab is the cheapest at the time really

The stuff I've got just now are IRAN, not even what I ordered

I've never ran A-Dex or experience with them labs bro sorry

Yes, I'm not denying the reality of your hard work. You don't look bad, but you definitely have more work to do to optimize the compounds you're running.

I gotta say man.. this is a small forum... it's better to use constructive criticism here and be respectful and friendly to other members.. you will get more out of the forum with a good attitude.

I don't mean anything of that sort. You can't ask for feedback and then take it personally. Remember, I'm just going based off of the limited info I know. You've given me more info since so again, I congratulate you.

Essentially what I'm saying is that your current physique is attainable naturally and if you relied on compounds to get there you may need to re-evaluate your approach. That is all.

did you run DNP for your 8 weeks for 28 lb loss?? that is 56 days, so essentialy 1lb every two days...

Ok thank you for your opinion, but I'm blasting and cruising now, I aint coming off Test ever, so I'm not interested in what I could have done natural

Gna try and find some of my old fight photos then you will see what natural muscle looks like lol

I was running Chicken, Vegetables, Natural spices, Some Fruit

Then I took some Test, an amount of Deca that isn't worth speaking about Anavar and I've just introduced Tren

You can jag 1g of Tren per day but it's the kitchen that makes shit happen.

That's exactly what I'm doing, when I was taking DBol my upper chest was massive but now it's non-existant, so I've separated my chest and delt workouts into 2 sessions

1: All BB Presses from Decline straight up to to 90 degrees and behind head
2: DB Flys again from decline, flat, upper, steep upper with some crossovers to develop my inner chest and using the EZ and straight bar for trap raises as well as shrugs to build those traps up
