Yeah is/was my body from 2008-ish until the middle of 2011... yea was hard work, took some effort, mainly body weight training and my job combined.. plus loads of protein... then stupidly let it all go lol
Well you can always get it back again. I was almost ripped a few years back then got my codeine addiction etc. But now gna get back on it...

I doubt I could tell the difference if I was 7lb lighter or heavier. I tend to go by more obvious means. When my kecks don't fit anymore I need to lay off the pies.
Self-hate is a horrid thing. It only encourages others to think less of a person cos it tends to show. Not saying it does with you cos have never met you but self-loathing is not an attractive trait. There's enough hateful people out there as it is who'll happily hate any and all of us for one reason or another so doing it to yourself is frankly overkill and taking work from qualified haters.
Room for improvement is fine - and good cos that is always the case for everybody at all times - but self-hate is self-defeat. Look after the improvement and leave the hating to the hopeless![]()

7lbs? I can put that on in a weekend! My weight fluctuates wildly between 12 and 13 stone. It's not uncommon for me to put a stone on in a week when on holiday 8(

Chicks are always complaining about their bodies. Not surprising considering the 'perfect body' images young girls are bombarded with on a daily basis.
Plus ugly guys can get well fit girls if they have the right personality etc - I see it all the time
