I think it's safe to assume that any cocaine one may acquire is cut with this stuff. The question for me then becomes: as someone who has never tried cocaine before, how concerned should I be that a one-time use will lead to neutropenia, agranulocytosis, or vasculitis? My initial thought is that these risks only apply to regular and/or heavy cocaine users.
Bonus question/thought:
Could the stimmy and "on edge" feeling some people report after the cocaine effects fade be due to the metabolite of levamisole, aminorex, exerting amphetamine like actions at monoamine transporters?

Given that the half-time of levamisole and aminorex exceeds that of cocaine, it may be safe to conclude that after the cocaine effect "fades out" the levamisole/aminorex effect "kicks in".
