who the fuck leaves their dog chained up in their back yard to bark all day long while they are out at work?

A guy that lives far too close to me thats who, im considering chucking an 0.25 etiz pellet or something over its wall for it today, just enough to chill it out. Its doing my fucking head in non stop since 7.45 am. Got wax ear plugs wedged as far in as they will go but can still hear it. :\
 
Police have just made a statement ,
After searching peachy's geldof's house they have found poppers , ecstasy , Charlie and poppy pods.

The rest of her sisters were out shopping.

Have you checked out my thread; maintenance n after-care? You may find that helpful. I created that thread for everyone but particularly for those of you who prefer to stay around EADD.

MDB, why not give the dog some attention? Talk to it. Offer to take for walks etc. you said its changed up on its own all day. The dog is probably lonely - and bored wanting/needing exercise.
