I must admit I can't quite discern any attempt at a Mancunian accent. However, the recording is pure gold =D

Also, it appears you have one of those American accents which slightly moisten me. Not all do by a long way but some do and yours did. I'd apologise to husband but it's generally not an issue for such matters. As a result, lack of Mancunian accent is forgiven given game bird status combined with moistening accent status.

I realize I sounded like a total assclown during the singing part, but thank you for, distortion withstanding, stopping me from deleting that entirely and doing a retake. I dunno, it was a laugh and if people enjoyed it for whatever reason, I guess I did something not that horrific? My husband was complemented btw, he's into my accent for some reason beyond my comprehension, too, so I guess you made him feel like 'da man' for the evening. Maybe I'll get lucky tonight, lol. Har Har.

Recording amused me immensely. It's just great hearing anybody singing Black Grape songs let alone Americans. Moistness is but a side-effect. Think I have a minor fetish for 'em actually. Almost never when attached to television or film people but when attached to actual people they can be strangely arousing. I've only known a handful of Americans personally - and half of those have been male - so don't have much of a pool to consider. However, of that pool a surprisingly high number leave a certain wetness in their wake. I should probably seek some kinda help. It cannot be natural. Having said that, various other accents work too so maybe it's a more general thing. 'Various other accents' would include several UK accents so I guess my tastes aren't even all that exotic. Just accents in general. Certain accents anyway. Yours has gone in the moisty pile. Which sounds far more unpleasant and unsavoury than it actually is. Perhaps more the former than the latter.

Haha - I forgot about it tbh. Got an invite for the qualifying race - so met up with friends and had a great day (was really good fun as hadn't seen them for about a year). Day after I had full VIP access (tickets were not cheap) - but got to meet up with my friend from Canada who I hadn't seen for a few years.

I need to sort my photos :)

Fret not, I'm oddly flattered you could see through the horrifically distracting feedback to hone in on the moistness within. It takes a special person to detect such nuances. I think my husband is feeling threatened now, as he has already demanded that we created a makeshift "moisty pile" in our kitchen sink. Clean up has never been seemed so carnal...
