Man, I feel you. 5 days is good... hasn't been that long for me (not H though). You should just resist and get through it. You know once you get your brain right again and not physically addicted, things will seem some amount of better and more stable, and that will help you deal with everything else.

If anyone has netflix on here I highly recommend the "Moving Art" documentaries. There are 4 of them "Moving Art: Oceans" "Moving Art: Flowers" and Deserts and Mountains or something, they're 25 minutes each, and they're all made in 2014 with beautiful editing and high quality filming. I've been watching them quite a bit and they still haven't gotten any less pretty.

What a marvelous world we live in. I can't wait until I have more opportunities to explore it for myself.
