Best supplements for MDMA?

What are the most effective and important supplements to take when using MDMA to pre/post-load?

Are these things mostly placebo or do they make a difference? Do you really need any of these stuff if you use rarely (like 1-5 times a year) and keep your doses below 200mg per session? Or are these really useful when you use more, like once a month or even more frequently. Could these help with the comedown problems when used too much?

rollsafe.org lists the following supplements as recommended:

Alpha Lipoic Acid
Why? Powerful antioxidant (long-term, antioxidants are more important than 5-HTP).
Racemic ALA (cheaper, inferior form) - 200mg before MDMA dose and every hour of roll.
Na-R-ALA (preferred) - 100mg before and every 2 hours of roll.

Magnesium (bioavailable form - avoid the oxide forms)
Why? Prevents jaw clenching.
Magnesium Glycinate - 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) 6 hours before, 1 hour before, and during.

Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate is preferred to ascorbic acid)
Why? Antioxidant that reduces neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity.
Vitamin C - (2,000mg vitamin C) 1 hour before and during. (Emergen-C is a fine source of Vitamin C)

Quercetin
Why? Antioxidant that reduces neurotoxicity.
Quercetin - 500mg before and during. (Grape Seed Extract - 100mg before and during, is a reasonable substitute)

Marked as optional there is:

-5-HTP
-Green tea extract (EGCG)
-Melatonin (5-10mg for antioxidant properties)
-CoQ10 (protects neurons)
-Inositol
-Milk thistle
-Fish oil

Personally I've only used 5-HTP to post-load after MDMA. Whether is it placebo or not, it seems to work. Then again, I use MDMA only ~4 times a year and keep my doses reasonable. I also use magnesium for jaw clenching like 700-1000mg when rolling. From personal experience I recommend NOT to take 5-htp at least 24h prior MDMA. It seemed to really dull the effects.

What do you guys use? I bought some Vitamin C and Multivita effervescent tablets today for the future rolls.

Weed (for THC) before/after - neuroprotective antioxidant.

Vital greens (greens supplement) before/after - antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals, lower the acidity of your digestive system (better absorption). I mean were not exactly eating healthy WHILE we're rolling most of the time :P

Before rolling;
Tums
Quercetin
Magnesium
R-Lipoic acid

Drop

2-3 h later if I redose i take r lipoic acid maybe magnesium if i have jaw clentching. But usually only R-Lipoic only.

Comedown;
Take quercetin + melatonin.

The next day;
Definitely GYM or sauna
Also while going to sleep 5HTP.

My Quercetin (Solgar) has vitamin C in it so, I don't bother.

I really feel fine and relaxed if I take my supplements this way, I don't really face a comedown IF i don't redose.

If I redose, the comedown is waiting for me there. The supplements make it less but don't prevent the bad comedown.

Should I order that Quercetin? What does it really do? Is there some studies that it works? That alpha lipoic acid sounds good stuff.

Ive got away twice without harsh comedown after taking over 300mg per session. Good thing is now i know that second or at least third redose does nothing. Maybe if u redose with very high dose, but i dont want to try that

I agree with taking antioxidants. One
Important thing I have learned over time is to keep all those antioxidant, vitamins, minerals and supplements part of your diet year round.

I agree, but I prefer getting them from natural sources. Doesnt feel right to eat all kind of supplements all day every day.
Fish oil seems to be something that is good to take daily. Also D-Vitamin is essential for everyone who lives in Finland or same latitudes in North side of the world as we can't get enough sunlight here.

Quercetin is also an antioxidant like lipoic acid. I think it's a MUST like lipoic acid too.

Use melatonin to have a good sleep and also it's an antioxidant.

Sammy , I apologize for not being clearer . I have used street and prescription drugs, and I discovered from research that those drugs rob nutrients from your body. I wish food covered it alll, but there is a point where food is not good enough, at least in my case.
