First Drug Ever Tried?

What was the first recreational drug you tried?

Started smoking weed at 14... Pretty much everyday within a month of first toke. Then did e, acid, shrooms on the Friday night of glastonbery when I was 16.... Got pretty battered, but great fun listening to David Bowie or the chemical brothers... Can't remember which!!
 
Some codiene I had left over from a pretty nasty ear infection. It was mixed with prometh boy was I fucked up.

Years After that weed and spice with alcohol in the same night. Lol
 
Alcohol, just a few sips at 14.

Then at 15, acid. I had a beautiful first trip, it was amazing. The stuffing on my plate at dinner turned into a multicolor spinning pinwheel and I just stared at it in awe and wonder, lol.
 
alcohol before at 12 or 13 (that's the first time I was drunk) if you count that

weed idk, 13 or 14, tried with some friends, but didn't like it

somewhere in my teens a bit of xanax

ghb at around 23 (loved it and took it for a few years)

2c-e at 23, a few months after the ghb

2c-c few weeks after that
 
Of course for so many its weed, but lets just say that is not a drug, along with nicotine and ethanol.

So then it would be LSD for me.
 
I would think alcohol would be most people's first, I honestly can't remember if it was weed or alcohol for me but definitely one or the other.
 
I guess cannabis followed by dextroamphetamine. I didn't really drink alcohol till pretty late by most people's standards.
 
as with most people, weed was the first illegal drug I tried, during the summer of 2010 when I was 19. the second was MDMA, about a month later (during a rave no less!)...this had much more of an impact on me, as far as the realization of "holy shit, I've done an actual DRUG which has significant social stigma." also tried mushrooms and adderall later that summer...and as they say, the rest is history. went from being open-minded-but-mostly-straight-edged to a huge, intensely curious drug nerd in the span of 2-3 months.
 
pot. mids, shitty mids now that i think back. we smoked in the woods and my friend broke his dads glass spoon from like 20 years ago with his lighter.

i got the giggles and i got RIPPED! idk why people say you might not get high your first time. i think that just comes from people not knowing how to inhale or use the carb.

first DRUG was suboxone. i got it from this dude at work, railed a quarter and was sick for hours lol.

long story short I liked it, very much... when he was walking to the bus after school I stole the rest of the bottle and popped them all summer long 8) I think that's what set off my multiple amphetamine addictions.

Lol, that's a lot like my story, I had someone come over who had hydrocodone and he gave me one and what a surprise, I loved it! I later bought some then went and stole the money back + the whole bottle of hydrocodone and by the time he found out, he couldn't do anything about it. No surprise that I eventually started shooting heroin..

Weed - 17
Tobacco - 17

Alcohol is a much better candidate for a "gateway drug" than cannabis could ever be. At 13 my parents got me pretty slightly off mixed drinks at a wedding. Still have a soft spot for whisky sours with bourbon.
 
Keeping alchy and bud off the list, the first drug I tried was Adderall IR's.. LANNED with a friend, couldn't drop chattering my teeth to save my life, I think I took like 16 of the 20's throughout the night. God I felt good..
