It goes on though: elsewhere, you’ll encounter the Fallen, a nomadic race of four-armed, bipedal, insect-like creatures, with a formidable grasp on technology. Then there are the Cabal: huge, rhinoceros-like creatures that favour desert terrain, occupying the Mars Exclusion Zone – an ancient human city hiding huge quantities of gold. These hulking blighters come in many forms too, from battle-happy Legionnaires to jet-pack-enhanced Centurions. Throw in the robotic, time-travelling species known as the Vex (rounding out Destiny’s currently-revealed list of hostile alien species) and you’ve really got your work cut out.

A teacher by day and a light artist by night, Jeremy Jackson has created a series of psychedelic light paintings. All of Jackson's elaborate, kaleidoscopic images are constructed in camera without the use of Photoshop. These fantastic spectacles of colour are the latest trend in street art. The light sources are from glow sticks, LED swords and steel wool on fire; and are all used to 'paint' a picture straight onto the camera lens. Also known as light graffiti, these striking images are created with a long exposure camera in the dark which sometimes run on for longer than an hour.

I have no clue how they managed to do the piercing so neatly ... its not something that looks easy to do and keep it all perfectly straight
