same here i have no self control and mental health issues started to get a very profound splitting of my personality so this is new ground if i can put some away without doing it all in at once

just hope i dont blackout this time last one i ended up trying to off myself because of the breakdown that resulted after it lost thursday to sunday with only little bits in between being remembered

Was meant to be going out with Woman but of course she wasn't back yesterday when she said she was due back and insists she'll be back in time to go out with me today but she won't be.

Effort. I'd rather just stay in bed I slept v well last night, woke up having drooled all over the pillow which is always a sign.

Depends on your metabolism and other personal quirks. Don't dose more than say 150mg at a time, and it's beat to dose in 50mg increments because of peak plasma levels, or something like that.
