It's been 2 years since my grandfather died (the anniversary was 2 days ago) and it's hard. His was the first death that I've been old enough to fully understand and have to deal with.

Nervous. I just found out my doctor is on vacation for the next 2 weeks and the likeliness that I'll have my baby delivered by another doctor that I don't know is pretty high. Shit is getting real.

Oh do doctors deliver babies in the states? I never knew that. We have midwives who do that here. That sucks about your doctor going away. I wish the very best for you n your baby n hope your baby is well xxxx
I can be an exciting n frightening time. Here if you ever need someone to talk to. Good luck xxxx

Maya I love that angry sign whats the type for that, please? I had a good chuckle when i saw that.

Thanks Evey <3 We have the option to have a midwife but even though it's cheaper to do so a lot of times midwives aren't covered by insurance here so I'd still have to pay more out of pocket than a doctor. I might look into a midwife more for next baby though. I go back and forth to being terrified and wanting my baby to stay in me forever so I can protect him and being super excited and wanting to just be able to hold him NOW! lol I know he'll come when he's good and ready and be delivered by whoever happens to be there and it'll all be okay in the end. :)

Yea those thoughts are natural. I remember when My little one was in me. I kept stroking my tummy like I was protecting her. I didn't want her to come out, was convinced that something terrible would happen, that I'd not be able to look after her but I realised that I could. You'll be a great mam n it'll be fine xxxx
