I picked up this injectable B-complex / Amino Acid/ MIC mix, the other day well I ordered it a few weeks ago and it arrived like mid week. Any way I have been using it @ .5ml post work out, on work out days and .5ml post run on non training day ( I run 7 days a week). Any way here is list of what the mix contains:
Vitamin B1 Thiamine 100mg
Vitamin B2 Riboflavin 25mg
Vitamin B3 Niacinamide 25mg
Vitamin B5 Panthenol 50mg
Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 50mg
Vitamin B7 Biotin 25mg
Vitamin B9 Folic Acid 50mg
Vitamin B12 Methycobalamin 1,000mcg
Methionine 25mg
Inositol 50mg
Choline 25mg
L-Carnitine 250mcg
L-Arginine 250mcg
L-Lysine 200mcg
L-Glycine 200mcg
L-Ascorbic Acid 25mg
This is per ml, so i get half of this post activity. I have noticed I have been feeling a little better after the heavier days then normal. I know it is largely from the B vits giving me a nice lil energy boost, but after the run and heavy leg day Thursday I noticed a decrease in muscle soreness and over all feeling of lying in the parking lot like the above chalk outline. Any way I bought a few big ass jugs of this stuff, from my pharmacy, and I intend to add it into the normal rotation, though I will probably only run it while on a blast, or during exceptionally difficult training cycles as it is a bit pricy. Worth it for helping out with post work out recovery.
The Methionine is used to help with liver damage

So It is def going to be worth using on cycle for this reason, as well as using it as an aid to help speed recovery. Now If I could only get a hold of some "Banna Bags" to hang post work out
"Banana Bag
An IV fluid bag containing minerals—magnesium sulfate and vitamins—which impart the yellow colour, used to correct nutritional and chemical imbalances in ICU and CCU patients. They are particularly helpful for alcoholics whose diets may lead to thiamine and folic acid deficiencies "
I know a few pro athletes use these post game, and or post training to accelerate recovery, especially in extreme weather, or under extreme conditions. I also have a friend that works in a Hospital that hangs one, after a night of heavy drinking and partying the man is a true degenerate, but a genius.
