why dance around this? you think it was baseless and you think it was me?

i'm currently on vacation and have been for over two weeks. i was not involved with his banning at all. sorry to disappoint you but your hate is misplaced. again.

NE - wtf is this about ? This is a gibbering thread - we say random shiit all the time? Yeah if Bodda was consistenly offensive then he should be banned (after the stfu, of warning one, waring two, dickhead stfu, warning three (dafty your banned)- was he?

I can think of at least four or five posts which could be considered grounds for a warning at least. These were all in threads other than Gibberings.

Whether these posts had anything to do with his ban is anybody's guess.

Keeping it classy! It was pretty apparent though the only person who had severe problems with Bodda was Sam? You kept posting that video of him in a state, which I am sure he rather you didnt. Handbags all round, anyway.

Bodda and I weren't exactly bosom buddies, no, but we weren't at each others throats any longer either.

Hence the fact I didn't report any of his recent posts, even when I found the content questionable (or in some cases plain objectionable). Therefore, I fail to see what bearing any previous animosity between Bodda and I has on his ban. Unless you're like SHM and you believe I've been secretly pulling the strings in the year or so in which I've had nothing whatsoever to do with staff.

As for the video, that was Bodda and I sharing a joke, or so I thought. He posted a Photoshopped pic of me in response. We had a laugh about it. At least credit the guy with a sense of humour.

If Bodda has been excluded for his "anti semetic" remarks, that is ridiculous. Because he deliberately edited his comments, to avoid the inevitable backlash of criticism.

No matter how controversy, if a guy deliberately (and quickly) modifies his comments, so as to not offend the forum or arouse heated responses... how on earth can he be banned? You can't ban a guy for having an opinion, which he deliberately hides from the forum. No matter how fucked up it is.

I'm thinking Bodda hasn't had a fair trial here.

FFS, I'm 99% sure it was over Bodda's interaction with Sandy in the music thread AND exchanged PMs. Bodda deleted two of his posts (which I advised him to do because I felt they were infraction worthy) which make it a bit hard to make sense of. I tried to mediate a bit because I could see what was gonna happen and I didn't want the inevitable to happen but it did anyway

From the Veronica's track comments onwards for anyone with the spare time to waste looking into it. But this is mostly due to things said in PMs as a result I think

Fuck. And Raas, this ain't a fucking boxing match, grow the fuck up with the whole win/lose thing

Can't be arsed to empty my PM box and it's full.

That's my take on things. And this whole thing is boring as fuck now. Fucking ridiculous

I could reveal exactly what the cause of his banning was, but it would be an invasion of privacy and most likely would have undesirable repercussions. I would also most likely be sacked as a moderator, and it would be justified!

I can only repeat: Bodda breached the terms of his return, which was in the first place a rather unlikely and hard-won thing. He repeatedly broke the BLUA and EADD guidelines. He did so in many small ways that went unnoticed by senior staff, and he did so in bigger ways that did not go unnoticed.

Please try to contain yourselves <3

What Knock said. Let's please leave it at that. We are not ones to to do someone over unfairly and there were reasons for his ban that we won't and can't go into.
