ahh, youre talking about being snowed in, in a remote location? ...

Different situation altogether. I can't wait for the opportunity to move somewhere where that's gonna be entirely possible (a few years yet tho). I like that concept lots. A couple of months at a time will do it.

It happens every year, last year I missed the cold season as I was down under, but the year before we were snowed in for a week, it was awesome, got lucky that time as I'd just received a lot of etiz, kratom and 4-fa a couple of days before it staretd snowing, very nice and perfect timing. I usually have emergnecy booze and food just in case

It's a bit early in the season though, usually it doesn't start snowing proper until late December, normaly it's January and February that we get lots of snow, it's seriously setting fast, earlier it was mixed with rain now it's big flakes.

I'm glad I don't live in a city, looking at the valley below with all the pine trees fills me with calm, love the silence too, like the snow absorb what little noise we usually have.

Hope its me julee.

Lmao =D

Lovely pictures, Kenny. Wish it was like that here but nah, just ball-freezingly cold (fanny-freezingly?) and overcast. At a bit of a loose end after spending the past few hours playing WoW with a bunch of French people, several of whom seemingly understood their own language less than I did, and I maybe use it once or twice a year for the express purpose of downloading games or swearing at people in Call of Duty.

Got five 2mg Diclazepam to sample though so gonna bosh those and see what happens. Tried the 1mgs before but they were a bit shite. Heard reasonable things about these though. Then I'm going to browse pictures of lovely architecture on Tumblr, I think. It's calming. Or just stare at the snow gifs Marmz posted, whatever.

Had the exact same problem myself on Tuesday.
Went to appt with keyworker & doctor at local DSP & they wanted me to do a piss test.I told them that there was no way my bladder would allow me to piss in the same room as them separated by just a thin door but I could provide a sample if they allowed me to use the toilet in the hallway.
I have enough problem going for a piss normally nevermind on command when I know two people are sat there waiting for it, gives me a shy bladder.
Eventually I was offered a mouth swab that they have to send away to be tested.
Told them it will only show methadone & benzos but I guess my word isn't good enough for them.

Fuck, ive got to learn how to protect a native Australian plant ive got growing nicely in my backyard. It wont take anything below -5c, you have to lag them with thermal fleece or something but i fear it would be killed by lack of light if i did that. Anyone know about such things here ? Mailmonkey probably does, but hes AWOL ?

Good lol

lil line of this meph to test. Seems a bit odd but im feeling something. 50mg bomb of speed as well

I dont know how you do it Kenny, i know some of these cold and snowy countries are beatifullly scenic, but i just couldn't cope with the cold. Allthough i prefer the appearance of 'green and pleasant lands' that just means it rains most of the time. If i ever emigrate, it will be to a warmer country, definately not an even colder one, our 4 month winter is bad enough for me, i couldnt even begin to imagine how they cope with it in Iceland etc. I gather alcohilism and birth control is quite a big problem in countries like that, simply because the cold and the dark traps them indoors.

Eh, thoroughly jealous. I'd seriously be planning for it and stocking up all year. My perfect scenario. Can't think of a better solution to winter. It must be insanely quiet outside I'd imagine? Man, I love the silence snow brings.

Gotta feed the birds tho ... I'd have to factor that in the plan

Fucking hell that comment just gave me a major flashback to a dream I had last night. Woke up like 5am then fell back to sleep n dreamed I was making some sort of 16 bit Zelda/Sonic style videogame to pass my college course, and ended up banging Aggy. Seriously do not know why, not even watched that programme in ages and probably couldn't now. I recall being a bit unsure at first but let her go for it after a bit of persuading.

Oh man.

=D
Snolly you make me laugh so much, your posts as a general rule always lift my mood so much.

Kinda terrible but my rep on here is as low as the Titanic so a bit more forum shame won't make a difference. I had a dream 2 nights ago I was back with Mrs Norway & was having oral sex. I woke up with a terrible taste & found out to my shock I'd been giving my best oral style to the pillow for God knows how long :(

How you, rabbit & horse keeping Miss Snollz, all good for you I hope :)

it takes a while to get them started, but once they spot your source and they feel safe they come down in flocks. We had buzzardz and all sorts on our bird table, but sadly never a red kyte which the area was supposed to be famous for. (Bollocks, never seen one in my life. )

^ yup, and theyre ace to watch ... easy to see against the snow too. they really need help with food at this time of year.

much better alternative to TV. love watching the birds in my garden

Speed and meph, Dan? What happened to waiting for the weekend? =D

Haha close enough

In two minds about this meph, or whatever it is, my mephy senses are tingling and telling me this stuff is odd and to leave it, and never seen a batch like this before, so after a lil tester line im gonna be sensible and leave it. maybe give it a proper go some other time. apparently its got a good rating on a place but fuck it

Manchester seems to be a poor environment for our feathered friends. Its 99.9 % fuckin pigeons here. Smaller birds are quite rare here. There is a pair of magpies that have my house and yard as part of their territory, ive put stuff out for them in the hard winters but theyve turned their beaks up at it. They are tough fuckers those magpies, they must have survived 5 or 6 winters up here by now.

It's snowing, big massive flakes, the garden is all white already.

Snow on the ground here too apparently. Well, a couple villages along anyway. We get quite distinctly different microclimates from one valley to the next around here which can be kinda disconcerting :D

Not all it's cracked up to be I can assure you :|

Depending on how organised you are anyway. I kinda suspect it'd suit you down to the ground though as you seem to be especially good at squirrelling away stuff for a rainy (or indeed snowy) day. My recently-departed used to get snowed in regularly of a winter and it's pretty shite when you've not eaten for days, run out of baccy, toilet paper, food, (water (no mainline water if you get right out in the sticks)) fuel (for heating) and the like. One of those things that's a lot better in imagination than reality ;)

... ball-freezingly cold (fanny-freezingly?) and overcast.

Whilst the mental image attached to that is a belter it's the mental sound effects that are causing most titters. Ker-rack, krunch, kreak, krunch, ker-raaaaaack! Sounds positively painful, Snoll-de-Roll 8o

Devon is a right beautiful place when its been snowing, rolling hills blankets white with specs of greeny and little bits in the distance, can see for miles in certain places
