Here's one of our first ever performance in front of anyone. Was nearly a year ago, we've changed quite a lot (even since Jonathon Price was recorded). We have a new bassist for one.

same here, not been to a gig since i ran out of pre-ban mephedrone. During the 'mephedrone years' i would go to a gig atleast once a fortnight.

who are you asking ? If its me it would have been Ida Maria/ellie goulding/the airborne toxic event in Club Academy, black mountain at academy2, and Noah and the whale at manchester cathedral. Years before that american music club at bath moles was a very memorable gig.

Best overall was last night's clubbing, can't really choose from the gigs as they were all great in their own way. Two of them had great moshpits. :D

I bang on about playing in a brass band but I also played trumpet (very badly) in an orchestra for several years. Did you play in an orchestra, Alb?

Yeah I played in school orchestras & county youth orchestras. Really didn't enjoy them though, they're quite competitive environments with a lot of egos vying for attention.

Ah ok, the orchestra I played in was assuredly non-competitive (they let me in!), they morphed from a community orchestra into "The Open Orchestra" after I left, they don't do auditions! And it was fun.

fucking baltic isn't it? I've resorted to Snolly's trick of wearing a hat. One with ear flaps too, I think a lot of heat is lost through the ears. I was going to cut finger holes in a pair of gloves but I'm not sure where my scissors are, refuse to use the pizza cutters.
