Raas, that comment was way off. There's enough doctors, nurses, solicitors, and other professionals on here, they just don't shout about it. What's your profession?

He comes out with some proper funny posts on occasion, my favourite was his one about Ray Mears and Bear Grylls. That had me laughing for ages.

er 4chan. The Drugs Forum. This forum has a soild streak of good sense and taste and sanity running through it, despite all the "mucked up weirdos". Yeah lots of people have their problems on here, but despite that there is a proper community feel to it, Id even go so far as to say its some kind of 'cult' forum. You dont even find this place unless you put in some very specific drug related words on Google. Or am i loosing the plot with that last comment. :sus:

4chan has its parts, but is mostly filled with american kids whose heights of rebellion are limited to calling black people niggers

TBH I've never really used any forum on the 'net apart from this one. I've tried spirituality forums but I get put off by the guises "Light_of_Angel", "MysticEmpress", "Whispering_Wind" etc... way too cheesy.

EADD (not bluelight as a whole, the lounge ruins it) tends to collect people who are very down to earth. Yes it does collect a lot of troubled individuals (Drug problems go hand in hand with people who've had difficult lives; let's face it) and the % of professionals is probably slightly lower than elsewhere. But this is not demeaning to the forum; we tend to get a lot of interesting, pleasant folk and aforementioned community spirit.

I was not that serious and being self-deprecating when i say ColtDan looks too intelligent to be here. 'Course we're not all stereotypical drugged up weirdo's :D only Shambles and Treacle are
 
Ive used many different drugs forums, the one attached to a legal highs vendor had a simillar kind of community spirit to EADD, but the user group was much smaller, and it was harder to gain the trust of that group. Somoene else bought the forum and there was huge bad feeling about it, and that forum was ruined by spam after the sell off. All the members from that place scattered all over the place, to join or set up tiny little forums. To my knowledge only Xamkou and myself arrived here from there. The other forums were either too dead with too little traffic, or just shit, like The Drugs Forum.

You shoulda come! Tickets were fairly cheap (£10). Great fun!! You really have to dress up if you want to fit in though, aha.

And I think that outfit would actually out-nerd a lot of people there, impressively. ;)
