Opioids I fancy getting high

Hiya,

How do I go about snorting my suboxone instead of sticking it under the tongue? And will it give me a good high?
When i used to buy the codeine i wish i'd got the dihydrocodeine tabs as the were selling 120mg tabs. Anyone do dhc here could tell me what it was like for?

If you need to ask how to snort suboxone...you shouldn't be snorting suboxone. If you have any tolerance to powerful opiates such as oxy hydro or morphine derived ones such as heroin then you won't get high off suboxone. If you are only taking codeine chances are suboxone will be to powerful and cause you dysphoria and nausea.
 
The only difference between sublingual and snorted bupe would be the bioavailability, ie you need less snorted to equal the same dose sublingual. If it doesn't get you high under your tongue it's not gonna get you high snorted.
 
i hope you have a tolerance. if you only have experience with codeine you dont really have any business snorting bupe

Interesting, it's supposed to be 1.5x as potent. I have some DHC Continus 120mg here from the UK, the only place where DHC is used iirc. I wonder how they compare to the Canadian only Codeine Contins 200mg I also have a big stockpile of here. I stockpile weak to moderate strength opiates for when I'm gonna be off suboxone totally. It's not opiates like that made me get to MMT and then BMT heh.

As for the OP, I don't really understand your reasoning here.
 
Okay so I always just stuck a piece on the back of my nasal cavity and let it absorb and yes it gives you more effect. The downside is it will make you miserable sneezing with an itchy throat for hours. Also it caused my glands to blow up and really freaked me out a time or two. Also gives you dry eye/eye twitches really bad.
In short just stick it under your lip.
 
Well if you have the tablets then they crush like a slightly moist sweettart, which is awesome imo.

If you have the strips which is pretty much all you can find round here, you can make a quite effective nasal spray.

I'm not telling you how It's simpler than pie tho...

And be careful that bupe is potent and will skyrocket your tolerance fast.
If your in a treatment program, you shouldn't try to get high, sublingual is plenty to keep you well...
 
All opioids fuck with my sinuses, but Subs take the cake for being the most annoying. Snorting that stuff just a few times makes my sinuses so inflamed I cannot get a wisp of air through my nasal passages. I also believe I have sensitivity to naloxone, and snorting the Subs is a good way to get way more naloxone in your system. When I snorted them I had killer stiff neck, tension headaches, earaches. Some of that may be due to the sinus inflammation, too.

Snorting it only has 2 advantages, 1. a theoretically higher bioavailbility and 2. a quicker onset, but onset is still delayed, its just like 30-45 mins instead of 60-75 minutes. It will not enhance the high, give you a rush, or anything else positive. About the only reason to snort it is to save a short supply with the higher BA, but you can plug it and get that benefit, too.

I snorted my suboxone once and it did fuck all for me besides burning my sinuses, I wasted a dose. I've also tried shooting it, and though it didn't precip WDs, it didn't really give me much either compared to taking it the normal way. Injecting it sure as hell was inferior to subutex. I know everyone's all like "BA this and in theory that", but in terms of personal experience as a long term (8 years plus) bupe user, I see no advantage to snorting it.
 
Hey it's best if you use it as prescribed. Under tongue is the best way to take this drug (You will get more of the medication that way). You do not want to snort you will most likely waste that does. I personally have never tired snorting or slipping it up my noes it just doesn't seem to be to wise.

You can do it for a while, if you think you can do it all the time....well think again. Or maybe it is me who is unlucky but I get big disgusting hurting bloody crusts after doing it enough. Haven't snorted any in 4 days and I'm still getting them, but I leave em alone now and don't try to remove them, they all appear near the opening of my nostrils too and thankfully bupe is still a painkiller because tearing those out is terribly painful. So right now I just leave my left nostril alone, when i touch the crust it doesn't hurt so I'll leave it be, eventually it will heal enough under it for me to remove it without more blood clotting appearing there...

I agree, unless one has Buprenex ampoules...(and I am jealous of the French who use such instead of all that subutex+naloxone unnecessary crap). There isn't any addictive ritual when injecting from ampoules. When I had the major nose and jaw surgery that started it all (the opiate addiction), I was scripted pure morphine ampoules, 25mg per ml and it was wonderful, but it wasn't like when I was shooting up Dillies with all the prep that needs. Ampoules are amazing, I see someone here was sending letters to the makers of Suboxone about using Buprenex instead. I support this 100% and it's not because I want to be high as shit. If i wanted to do that, I'd just sell my 3 electric guitars and 2 amps (things I bought with the money I saved not buying pharmies, things i had sold to get pharmies too, underlining the importance of having a passion in life) and go buy a large bag of 4 and 8mg dillies with other assorted pharms. The fact I could buy in bulk for so cheap is what got me in trouble. Of course at first I thought I had hit the jackpot 8)

Buprenex should be used for pain on a very occasional basis, just like any form of Buprenorphine the "honeymoon phase" is exactly the same with the ampules...

If you do get a "high" just dont expect it to happen with regular use.
 
I'm surprised to hear that everyone has such a bad time with sniffing subs. I was on them for about 2 years and the only time I didn't sniff them was during the first week when I had to take my dose at the clinic. 4mgs up my nose would hold me for the day while it took 8mgs sublingually. They didn't seem to mess with my sinuses any more so than my usual opiates(oxymorphone/codone & morphine)
 
Snorting shouldn't be much different then taking them sublingually because they are essentially the same, they are both being absorbed through your mucus membranes. I would think that the new films would work much better then snorting the old tablets because the tablets are 99% filers and the companies research supports this because with the film more medicine is absorbed sublingually then with the old tablets.

Also remember that more is not better when it comes to Suboxone because at higher doses it will actually antagonize itself.
