not heard this for about 25 years. Its very "80s" but not a bad effort. Hasnt got the sting of Dylan's version though and has shitty 'prog rock' keyboards. :o Ive changed my mind, hes ripping off Pink Floyd towars the end.

fuck it im gonna be listening to Dylan all afternoon, not gonna be posting every track.
