At the risk of being banned: I'm having mild liver pain cos I took 4000mg APAP spread over yesterday (from 8AM til midnight), and today had 1250mg at 8AM and 1000mg four hours later. Had been taking low doses of APAP daily in the weeks before (1000 to 2500 per day).

Started having mild dull pain in liver area half an hour ago. So dim, should have known better

Milk thistle! Will do.. I've had liver problems last year, when my enzyme lvls were off the charts cos of 1,5L whisky per day, and milk thistle seemed to help back then. Have already taken some B vits. It's not "pain" as much as a "dull ache" really, so I'll stfu already. Carry on
