Television Breaking Bad

She's kind of frigid and uptight, she's probably wanna put plastic down before you had sex so you wouldn't mess up the sheets!

That walt scene was first thing that popped into my head when that i saw that

Todd was certainly proud of killing that kid when Jesse's confession tape was playing in front of his uncle and co, and Jesse talked about how Todd had no problem lighting the kid up. Todd and his Uncle seemed to share a moment over how cold he was in order to pull the trigger, sick fcks.

I don't think she is necessarily especially creeped out by Todd.... she kind of acts that way around pretty much everyone ....

and honestly I am surprised the Aryan nation people haven't already gangraped her

Nah, they respect that Todd has a crush on her so they wouldn't do that. They already said that they have enough money from robbing Walt so don't need to cook meth anymore, but are willing to continue with it since Todd want to so he can be close to her.

She was ready to lay low for a while until Todd told her how potent the meth was, then she was right back in the game. I wonder what's keeping her in it. As someone else mentioned, she has a good job and has to have made out very well so far from middle-manning the meth to another country. Hmmm.

I cant say it was a favorite, but for sure my uh oh was when todd showed up to andreas...i was like fuuuuck.

Mine was when Todd and his uncles crew showed up in ski-masks to Skylers so they could make sure that she wouldn't mention Lydia to the authorities.

So how does Walt get out of New Hampshire? Did he buy a car from someone at the bar. His moneys still up there at the cabin. He somehow gets all the way back home to buy the M-60 off of Lawson (Jim Beaver from Deadwood and Justified).

What was you favorite UH OH moment of this episode. For me I think it was when Walt tried to tell Saul that its over when he says its over but breaks into a coughing fit and realizes his egomay have gotten a little big for his britches.

I'm sure that he buys the car in NH. The guy that helped him 'vanish' already told him that if he finds out he left the property that he'll cut him off, so there goes him. I doubt he would hitchhike across the US as a wanted man, so that leaves the one option of buying the car there. He certainly has the cash for it, and he surely realized that it was just sitting there going to waste in the cabin.

What I don't get is why Todd told her it was 92% and then congratulated Jessie on his 96% batch. I'm pretty sure by now (after having it drilled into him by Walt, and the incident in Mexico) Jessie would have a consistently high purity. So why lie to Lydia?

So does he leave the rest in the cabin? Didnt he have like 11 mill in a barrel? And had only 100k in the box?

No way he left the money. Think about it. He goes back to New Mexico and buys an M-60, complete with a different vehicle. I don't think guys like that take an iou as payment.

Think about it. It's his first cook in a while. Also, it's not like he's doing it on his own free will. He could give a damn if it's even close to Walter White's standards. He's being forced to cook against his will. Christ, this episode was so depressing.

Yeah, so he goes back to the cabin with a car or van or whatever, picks up his money and then drives off back to the action before his cabin gets surrounded and they find some cryptic note or something.

The 92% batch was cooked before the 96% batch. So he told the truth to Lydia about it, then when he got back he had Jesse cook another batch and it came out even purer.

Well even if he doesn't go back to the cabin he still had about 100k on him that he was intending to mail to Walt Jr. That's more than enough to get a car, the M60, and enough gas/food/supplies to get back to New Mexico, and still have cash on hand.

Not sure how much of his cash the Aryan group spent or if they'd have it all in the same spot, but if he was able to take them out he might be able to reclaim somewhere between $10million to $60million. Obviously that's a big "if".

This is what I was thinking. Before Jesse escaped Todd told him they were cooking another batch the next day. Seems like they were cooking as much as they could as quickly as they could. Probably getting the most out of Jesse before they kill him. Once the methylamine is gone or Todd feels like he can duplicate the cook exactly I think they'll kill Jesse.

Didn't they say they still have 600 gallons of methylamine? That was worth $9million alone and would be worth much, much more as meth if the cooks keep coming out above 90%. Sure they got a fortune when they stole Walt's money, but it was presumably split a number of ways. If they want to keep growing in power (they had many members that were in jail and probably have other gang sets) then it makes sense to keep cooking the blue meth.

------

I have no idea how this would work out, but I hope Lydia gets killed. More specifically I hope Lydia gets killed by Jesse in front of Todd. Then I hope Jesse kills Todd.

^ That would be pretty awesome
A lot of the fans seem to be turning on Jesse, I still would like to see him ride off into the sunset with Brock and start up a bird house making company

Fucking Flynn, why couldn't you just tell Lewis to take the 100k

Flynn is a bitch, he sticks by Walt the entire time, then one thing happens and he hates him? So stupid, in that scene it was pretty clear that Walt was very shaken up by Hank's death and wasn't exactly responsible for it, yet all the sudden Flynn flips on him. I bet its because he always "respected" Hank more in certain respects, but what a bitch, he didn't even want to hear the explanation.

Also Todd is like the fucking epitome of a sociopath, showing emotion's/being kind one moment then blowing away a child like nothing. Oh well....at least hes polite! Always using sir/mam, calling Walt Mr. White/etc. Quite well mannered coming from a family of Neo Nazi's, though Uncle Jack didn't seem extravagantly terrible either...for a Neo Nazi that is!

There's some kids that are impressed by the cops, some kids are impressed by the bad guys....If I found out my dad was Heisenberg when I was 16, I would think it was the coolest thing in the world! I definitely wouldn't pass up $100,000!

It's "Felina"
  • "Felina" is an anagram for "finale", and is also the feminine version of the word "feline" in Spanish.
  • The word "Felina" can be made from these three chemical element symbols: Fe (Iron), Li (Lithium) and Na (Sodium).
  • Coincidentally the episode number,if looked up on the periodic table is Samarium. It is the main element in the drug Quadrament, which is commonly used to kill cancer cells especially lung cancer.
I can't make sense of the meaning of "Felina" in the context of the show. Any ideas? The supposed clue "woodworking" doesn't tell me anything either, and the samarium reference is a truly laudable example of fan apophenia. Samarium looks beautiful, though:

I find it funny how many people in this thread are disgusted by the moral convictions of a suddenly profoundly disillusioned retarded 17 year old (with the notable defense of Black Rabbit of Inlè). Even funnier is how well the Neo-Nazi's dismissal of Jesse as a "cry baby rat" at the beginning of the most recent episode matches up with the opinions of him expressed here for ages. What's happened to Jesse has always been the sort of thing that could happen to him, which he never intentionally invited on himself (or the suffering inflicted on other characters or the innumerable unnamed who we can plausibly imagine). He realized the import of that and that's why he "ratted."

Your dad is a bad ass and did this shit all for your selfish little ass.
Walt is a bad ass but he sure as hell didn't do it all for his family, even if that's what he's told himself and what he still clings desperately to. Walt is a pitiful monster -- the driving force of the tragedy. Read this thread over from the last three weeks if you don't know what I mean (though I welcome you to debate any interpretation using evidence from the show). I'll reiterate His Name Is Frank's reaction to a similar sentiment expressed earlier about Jesse (and I think this applies to Walt Jr., too) and say "if you believe that, then you have been to prison one too many times."

I won't lie. I felt a little frisson of "fuck yes,' show them all, Walt," at the end of the last episode (as is intended). I've felt a little of much of what the majority of people in this thread have posted about regarding where their sympathies lie, but it's nonsense. It doesn't work out when I consider how the world would be if everyone thought that way. Truthfully, if someone like Walt was actually anywhere near my life I'd want him dead or in prison as soon as possible.
