Studying research chemicals
So after an horrible experience with AH-7921 : http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/689803-The-AH-7921-Side-effect-and-withdrawal-WARNING?p=11810255

Im planning on quitting for good and my biggest problem is RESEARCH CHEMICALS!!!... Its so easy to obtain drug via internet these days... I have very limited acces to street drug and theres also pharmacy (DMX etc.) and alcohol to deal with.

Im curently tapering with 5mg 3 time a day because of the AH-7921, tomorow im going to be at 2 time a days and in 3 days its going to be 1 a days.

Its not the first time I try to quit, I always finish relapsing over and over. Im a terrible drug addict since im 18.

I need advice for these:
What should I do if...
- I feel urge to use drug
- I order impulsively RCs and going to received it between 2 days and a week
- I get my self in a drug use environment, ex: with friends

I also need to find new obbies I past most of my time when im not working playing video games, learning about pharmacology, chemistry, drugs, etc, reading/posting on bluelight.

Any other tips would be greatly appreciate.

It's all about minimising high risk situations. Defeating urges is relatively easy, you just need to "urge surf", ride out the urge confident in the fact that it will pass.Urges are powerful compulsions, but they last for only twenty minutes (on average.)

Having money sounds like a trigger for you, so perhaps it would be an idea to have somebody you trust hold onto it for you? Or perhaps make it difficult to order these drugs ie keep your money in cash.

Mixing with your drug using friends sounds like a massive trigger for you, it's very important you avoid any situation where drug use could occur, even if it means temporarily dissociating from your friends, at least until you feel stronger.

Finding a new hobby is an excellent idea. Having an activity you enjoy can really help you channel cravings or urges into constructive activity.

Associating with recovery-focused people can be enormously helpful in maintaining your resolve, be it a forum like this or even attending NA meetings. (This isn't for everybody, though). Having a support network is vital.

Your in a very fortunate position regarding the drugs you're taking; It's unlikely you'll have to deal with unpleasant
withdrawal symptoms, but you said you're a terrible addict, so I'm not saying this will be easy. You will need (obviously) an honest desire to quit, resolve, and strength of will, and mindfulness in avoiding high risk situations. Cravings can be a bitch, and this is where having a support network comes into play; It's always helpful to discuss these things.

Thanks for these advice.

I find craving very hard to counter because I only have to go on a RC seller website do 3 click and I have drugs on its way home. Thats the biggest problem.

I have the desire to quit but I always get bored I dont have enough hobbies most of my hobbies are drug related and like I say if I get bored 3 click and drugs is coming home.

dopemegently has summed up pretty much everything for you, great advice that you'd do well to follow. I will just add that maybe seeing a psychologist as well can help, as you'll be feeling a lot of conflicting emotions once you get close to being clean. Like the previous post says a support network is the most important thing for helping cravings and relapse prevention. I had my drug worker and psychologist to get me through my latest relapse, I'm just glad I'm in the UK and neither cost any money.

You sound a lot like me, I'm always bored and have no hobbies, so doing drugs has always helped the boredom, since I've got clean that's the hardest part easily! I used to have a problem with online drugs too, MXE was my main choice, like you say it's too easy to get hold of, the only way to stop the craving is to talk to drug counsellors/psychologists and they can help find out why you even wanted to order the drugs in the first place. It's hard at first, but it gets easier quicker than you think.

Good idea, its best to get as much advice as you can get before you decide what you wanna do, cos it's you who has to go through it.

Yeah, I second that, and I wish you the best of luck. (I feel what your saying about these drugs being so easy to obtain). Engaging in therapy was an excellent suggestion by Chris84. This can help you by exploring your deeper subconscious desire to use in the first place. It's not an easy process, but addiction is complex, and it will help you identify and resolve these underlying issues.

Please pm if you're in need of extra support. I really wish you the best of luck with this.
