Coke and Coke Zero are the same thing but coke zero has no sugar (instead loads of artificial sugars that are probably worse for you).

Diet coke and Coke Zero are not the same, the difference is slight but they don't taste the same, then ingredients are different as well.

I'm not so sure about artificial sweeteners being worse for you than sugar, the latest evidence on refined sugar is pretty damming TBH, hence people like coke promoting the sugar free stuff.

I hear a lot of ill informed long haired 'alternative' types going on about it but I'm yet to see any studies that show anything anywhere near as alarming as the effects of too much sugar.
