Yeah man you lucked out. Be careful with that combo for sure. Bitch part is you feel so in-control until you put yourself in a situation where you realize that you are in fact nowhere near the controls.

Shit, the thing that scares me the most is that I ended up on my streetbike one night and barely remember it. I don't have much of a headlight either but I went out riding with a couple friends that have normal bikes. They basically told me I was nuts and needed to go home.
So I guess I did exactly what I told myself I would not do. I'm taking it easy now, I didn't do any benzos at all last night and I haven't done much tonight. Not gonna do more tonight either. One chef's knife through the hand and I think that's the wake up call I needed. Fuck
Kind of depressed me all day yesterday to think of how stupid it really is.
 
I actually just ended up drinking a handful of beers when I got home and I was asleep within a few hours, so luckily I never had much time to go and do some real damage since I was at work the majority of the day. I'm just incredibly happy to be done with that phenibut dependence because it had me by the balls.
 
Recky it's amazing what a few butterfly bandages and some gauze, tape and antibiotic cream will do. I smashed the fuck out of my finger one time at work and couldn't go to the clinic because of the mandatory drug test they give for accidents. I wrapped it up like a motherfucker with electrical tape for the last 5 hours of my shift.

Then bought the supplies I mentioned. After 2 days my wife saw my injury and made me go to the doctor.14 stitches later the doc told me that I did a good job with my field expedient first aid but next time come see him sooner, then gave me a decent amount of Percocet.
 
I've maimed myself too many times and taped/butterflied/super glued it shut. As long as the bleeding stops BFD. I'm not trying to be a hand model.

In fact Recky, I sliced the tip of my left thumb off to the nail on xanex years ago and didn't do shit about it. Probably should have but, at the time I was fucked up and the bleeding stopped so I decided fuck it. Now my left thumb is like 1/16 shorter after the skin grew back but, at the time it was probably 3/16 plus. The worst part was the first time I changed the dressing because the gauze was stuck to my flat thumb tip so I had to rip it off. That hurt like a motherfucker. So anyways I guess the moral of the two stories is don't fuck with knives on benzos.

I never had a desire to go to Montana but after seeing your pics I would like to do a motorcycle camping trip there one day.

Yeah I have had my hands cut down to the bone a couple times and I always used the old electrical tape and paper towels trick. Never had stitches in my life (with the exception of surgery). So I've got some gnarly looking hands but I could care less. Gauze and bandages do the trick just fine, just keep it clean and deal with the fact that it's gonna take a while to heal. I too have lost the tip of my index finger before at the hands of a steel cooling fan in my old chevy truck. Fucker went right through the nail and lopped off she skin at the tip, glanced off the bone. I now also have a flat-ish fingertip (though not that noticable unless you know it's there)

In other news, I accidentally stabbed my self in the hand pretty hard last night, came right out the other side. Felt that shit slide along the bone when I pulled it back out. Not really bleeding at this point but still oozing quite a lot. Should definitely have gotten stitches but whatever I'll live. Gonna make lifting heavy shit at work fun this week.
Kind of scares me, I need to be a lot more careful than I have been lately. Been drinking and eating xanax together at night these past couple weeks and greatly underestimating it at times.
