Seizure's on LSD?

Ey guys, I reguarly use LSD. Now last weekend, me and 2 mates decided to drop. I had 2 drops of liquid, and my girl friend had one tab which was the same liquid but on a tab.

This was VERY STRONG lsd, probably the strongest trip ive had in over 3months. Now this is where it started to get quite wierd, I was talking to my girlfriend and all of a sudden noticed she went pale and seemd scared of me and my friend(start of a bad trip)

So she said she was going to lay down for 10minutes, after 5minutes I hear screaming and she was crying out my name. We walked in and she looked petrofied of both me and my mate, then she started seizsing up and shaking uncontrollably, I quickly called 000 and we tryd to calm her down which we did after a long half an hour, ambulance still hadnt arrived so we cancelled it.

Now im wanting to know what would cause some one to have a seizure on LSD??? she has never had a seizure

^Was she on any medications? Lithium and LSD are notorious for causing seizures....are you certain it was a seizure? Panic attacks can cause tremendous shaking, and are seen as almost seizure-like...?

yeh well thats another thing I thought it could of been, she was on antibiotics for an infection a few days earlier. I cant say im certain it was a seizure, though it was a very hektic 10minutes of my life.

and yeah shes all good now, I think its scared her very much though.

thats right, I think its only made her stronger which is good for someone who has a serious drug problem.
 
I don't know about the cause, but I have noticed a connection between psychedelics and seizures.

If you take Lithium and LSD, seizures appear to be common.
 
tell her it's real and it's nothing to be afraid of.

she had an introspective moment, she's fine. she's learned. she's been enlightened.

she had a dark introspective trip... nothing out of the ordinary has happened here.
 
Well. Once i took a few dank blotters. Went to a friends house. Got drunk as hell. Drank like crazy! Had heavy clothing on.

TRIED to get outside via the door and ran into a stiff wall. Then fell out on a porch/black out. Was crazy. Then ended up puking a 6 pack up. It was not the alcohol. I know my body VERY well.

Which brings a point to my thread i made. What different lsd analogues can cause unwanted side effects.?
 
^ It might have simply been that the COMBINATION of alcohol and LSD made you nauseous. Vomiting after getting drunk on acid is not a definite indication of an adulterant.
 
If I had a seizure on LSD, I would be extremely careful about taking it again.
I do not thing that everything is fine, or that it is normal (though it is not unheard of, that doesn't mean that it is okay).

With my friend who had a seizure on mushrooms, he hadn't eaten enough or hydrated enough that day, and hadn't slept enough. After visiting the doctor, he decided that the combination was the problem, and had taken mushrooms again (many times, I believe) without a problem. Now, however, he is careful to eat and drink and sleep enough beforehand.

I certainly think a seizure warrants a doctor visit, and extreme caution in the future.
 
Thats uncommon in my experience - as previously noted mushrooms & seizure are old friends but LSD & seizure is something that would bear looking into, however it could be that she was literally just terrified.

I stumbled across your subject, and think my entire life's experiences may just be of some interest/assistance to you and your story. I've been a Primary Generalized Epileptic since I was 10 years old, when a grand Mal seizure rocked my world and changed my life forever. And introduced drugs permanently into my life. I have been through the ringer with this shit, from the bowl to the needle, I've finally conquered how to handle my own seizures and be able to get through the pain without opiates that cause more unfortunate seizures. I could inform you of any part about epilepsy that of which you are interested to learn, whether you think you had a seizure, whether it was drug induced, etc. Have you ever had a seizure before? Did you wake up on the ground, in a fetal position fashion with VERY sore muscles?!? Did you practically bite your tongue in half?!? YOU CANNOT SWALLOW YOUR OWN TONGUE :). How many hits were in your system, within 5 days around this episode you speak of?? Not just one day, of one days worth of dosing, is acid any longer safe when epileptic seizures kill BILLIONS OF BRAIN CELLS EVERY SECOND. Everytime you pass kids fishing out at shows, they are quite literally getting dumber as you walk by... DO NOT DOWNPLAY the brain shutting down its systems to save itself from more outside damage. My neurologist puts this in simpletons terms as: it's like a computer when it gets too many things open at once and can't handle it, it's programmed to fail and shut down, reboot. I promise, when you wake up from seiZures, you can barely walk, talk, or remember who your god damn family members are. Your life has to be learned all over again. Now, do you think you seized? This is pretty interesting, in a sort of after the fact way. A bad trip is a bad trip, so I'm not downplaying that.

I think LSD can really make small neurological issues massively huge. People can have paradoxical reactions to things, where the body consumes something and rejects it violently, attacking itself, like an allergy. I imagine its common to see things like poor motor control, sweating, confusion, synesthesia, split brain, etc. in normal LSD use. A seizure isn't all that far out of the picture and is actually a normal human response, its common before sleep for a vast number of people. It could be as others have suggested a lack of sleep, dehydration or the brain dealing with too much. It could be simple anxiety/ panic disorder or just "The Fear."

ok...what is green apple ecstasy? and what is ecstasy dust? Like pixie dust, with green apple flavoring?
