@ ben: Hotukdeals is the best place to scour for all the bestest plans and contracts. All the members there post what's hot and a bargain. Read the comments posted on any deal that takes your fancy tho ... lots of tips n tricks on what to do and how to do it etc.

hotdeals is generally the only site I use nowadays to make sure i get the cheapest of anything I buy tbh (and I NEVER overpay for anything, I'm a bargain hunter par excellence). it's good for everything ... household goods, electricals etc .. just change whatever you're looking for in the drop down menu

That Motorola razri that i got gifted from my sis is an Android with an intel chip and the price has come down dramatically in the last few months. Gotta say it's ace - fab camera, 8 gig memory (expandable) and so fucking easy to use. It also does full HD video @ 1080p. Well impressed with it

And shit yes! I've always had so much respect for Stephen Fry for tonnes of reasons, but when it comes highlighting mental health problems and the stigma that comes with it... Jeez he's just so brave.

It think its mainly black tea that strips the body of Iron. around 60% I heard
Green or white tea is better around 30%

Just eat spinach a couple times a week and should be fine
I drink white tea, but only a cup a day, and I get enough iron from my green superfood powders !

I drink a lot of mint tea these days, although it needs a lot of sugar. not a fan of black tea.

I always used to drink a lot of green tea, sencha and matcha(the powdered one), but lately I've been drinking a lot of English Breakfast due to low finances as the green tea, especially since I used to order it online from Asia is fairly pricey.

my mint tea is just a green teabag + a fistful of bashed up fresh mint + a clove, then a load of unrefined cane sugar. mint is easy enough to grow. coffee does give me jitters pretty bad though.

Black tea all the way. Tetley strong, with no milk and only one sugar. Anymore than that and it kills the taste of anything.

i didn't know about black tea affecting your iron levels tho.

I take quite a few vits and minerals daily to substitute what I don't get in my diet. I'll make sure to take my vit B complete every day now then, cause sometimes I forget.

I like liquorice tea, raspberry, mint, loadsa different ones but mainly just black plain old tetley more often than not

also, I found this in BnM the other day for 79p, so I bought some to try. I like caffiene, but the taste of the tea was pretty meh ... like a weak cup of pg or something.

I've never used proplus. I've got 200mg caffiene pills if I want to use em. I just like trying different types of tea.

In puppy news, anyone know why puppies like to eat their own poo?!! ... My cats would NEVER have even attempted such a gross act.

I can see why dogs are called Man's Best Friend now. ... well dodgy personal 'abits ;p ...
