I have had only good experiences, grant it I was with my closest friends and in nature. I haven't experienced them with crowds. My biggest concern is being to lethergic to move around. Typically when I shroom I remain in one place and enjoy my surroundings. My concern is that it might be too much to handle.

i'm not so arrogant/naive/judgemental/whatever to believe that what's right for me is automatically right for everybody else.

i think it's great if people want to use drugs to explore their own psyche and spirituality. i think it's great if people want to use drugs to have a fun time. i think it's great if people want to use drugs just to get fucked up. as long as they're not hurting anybody else, i think people are best placed to define what's right and wrong about drugs for themselves.

the irony of one drug user telling another drug user that they're doinitwrong is lost on a lot of the former.

^ What if they are hurting themselves? I have a bit of a moral inclination of wanting to stop that.. if only because no one did so for me when I really needed it!


Besides, I think you would agree with me in saying there are better drugs to party on than shrooms... your point is just that you can still have a great time with them, correct? I'd agree with that, anyways :)

I'm not so fascist that I think everyone should take drugs the way I do, but that doesn't have to stop me from lending my opinion on their usage.. especially when they ask for it!

I've asked around, most of them haven't heard of it other have but think its a bad time.
 
I think I'll bring them with anyway. I'll start off with 1/16th just to see how i'm feeling and slowly up the dosage if I'm comfortable with my surroundings.
 
The one time I tried a hippyflip without LSD also being a main culprit was kind of disappointing. I took a low dose of both, but it felt like the two highs were almost competing.. not like a candyflip where they synergize and potentiate each other like crazy.
 
Keeping it easy this weekend, no clubs, no bars, no shows, and no drugs (aside from a little weed). Just me my friends and a few bottles. Stay classy blue light

There is a Psytrance, Progressive, tech and minimal festival about an hour or so from my house tomorrow going through till monday. I have no one to go with so I think I'm just going to stay home. :(

On a side note I didn't have time today to do that mix since I stapled my finger at work with industrial staples.. Hoping to record it tomorrow if my finger aint to mangled. :)

EDIT: Someone from Vancity come to that festival with me! haha <3

People generally scare me on shrooms.. alot.. Shrooms make me loose control too much and while I love that when in a comfortable area with people I know and love, it would scare me shitless in public in a sea of people unable to get any space. I top my hat off to those who can do that, and I envy them really. LSD though is another story, really because that loss of control doesn't happen, I trip but I'm "there" and I know what's up on a basic way, on shrooms I forget my name or where I am constantly
 
Yeah, mushrooms are just so fucking CONFUSING. Fucks you up majorly in the head.. and while that is great when tripping, it's not so great when you're trying to blend into a sea of faces. I get really manic and crazy on shrooms too... it always seems to bring my Manic Depression out for a few hours, then make it go away for a few months after. 4-AcO-DMT was the same, it made me fucking TIRED though and that made me really cranky, which upset my friend which caused him to bug the shit out of me.... a vicious cycle lol, and that was with my BEST friend.


Couldn't imagine it with 1000 strangers...
 
Shrooms always make me kinda nervy so am wary of taking 'em at events. However, whenever I've done so it has been pretty frikkin great I must say. Usually a few other things involved though.
