Hi guys, I was hoping for some quick advise if possible.

I've had a dicky tummy (np puns please!) pretty much all day, (puked this morn but ll better) and I'm wondering if it down to the blues I have. Ive been having weird co-ordination all day, especially in typing. I have taken them before, but never crushed, and they've normallly been fine. Bad batch perhaps?

I last doesd x5 10 mg at 6am this morn, had a lovely sleep and I know the shit half life, but I thought the majority would ber good by now. I really want to get out tonight.

Does anyoneknow of any good remedies that may settle my stomach? I was thinking milk thistle, nuy i dnint want to over do it.

All help is very much appreciated!

Cheers

Fresh ginger tea.

Rooibos tea. (Used as a stomach aid in South Africa where it's from.)

Marmite, or any yeast ferment really.

you could try a combo of antihistamines and loperamide to ensure a good night out.

Thanks, jan. :)

Urbain, have you eaten much today? A meal with roughly equal parts carbs (bread, crackers, rice or potatoes), animal fat (butter or just from a fatty meat), and animal protein (meat, eggs or cheese) really helps any sort of depressant drug related nausea for me. So a grilled cheese sandwich, scrambled eggs with toast, steak & potatoes...greasy comfort food. It coats the lining of your stomach, sends positive signals to the lower brain that controls nausea, and helps sop up any excess stomach acid.

Diazepam really shouldn't make you feel sick. I reckon it's something else, unless you have really dodgy blues...

A couple of king ribs and a pizza crunch should do the job.

I remember being in the lady's toilets at Cabbage in Leeds (honestly - the bogs might have well been unisex with the people we hung out with) and this lass told me that if I felt sick off of pills or mushrooms, that flat coke would help loads (the drink peeps).
I tried it and it seemed to help quite a bit.

But lying down has always been my "go-to-response" when feeling sick.

Flat coke works. Can't remember why but there is a reason. One of the ingredients is an anti-emetic. Ginger is also good as mentioned.

Although when I'm really feeling sick I just puke and usually that's all there is to it.

Thanks for the replies guys. Im sill intermittently puking, but its less frequent now. Im away to see the lady for some loving remody x

It could be a bug in which case you should stay away from her till you feel better. These things spread easily.

If I feel pukey the last thing I want is to be around people. I just crawl away and try and make myself throw up and then curl up and sleep till I wake up feeling better.

Drink lots of fluids to replace what you've lost.
