Bean Head the latest one. Had bad reviews and didn't sell well but I love it. All except the ballad. Which Ponti and my wife loves.

I never bothered to buy their new album myself, i have heard a few tracks from it that i like though so i might get it one day.

What do you think of the stadium arcadium album? the one before last. I really like it myself but alot of people don't seem to like it for some reason.

Stadium was great although I think if they had compressed it down to one album it would be certifiable classic. Get the new one mate it's well worth it for Monarchy Of Roses alone in my opinion. I'll post it in the tunes thread. Whoooosh.

My favourite album is 'One Hot Minute' I can play that album start to finish any time. I loved the guitarist as well. I didn't think they would follow it up and I hated 'Californication' when it came out. One week later I was humming a tune and couldn't place it. I knew it was brilliant though. Was 'Scar Tissue' fell in love properly after that. Great album.

One of their best. Why that wasn't on an album I'll never know a firm live favourite. Have you ever seen them live TLM? I've lost count personally.

Also does anyone have any experience with Prednisolone? Someone close to me has been prescribed it and I've never come across it before. All I know is it's a steroid. Which is something else I know nothing about. Any thing to watch out for? Person in question swears blind he's been given a placebo.

I dont think Soul to squeeze was on any cd and they wrote that especially for the Conehead movie, but agree awesome song, probabaly my fave RHCP song along with Breaking the girl and Under the Bridge.

I would have loved to see them live on that tour they don't play any of the songs of 'One Hot Minute' anymore because as was already said Dave Navaro was technically the best guitarist they have had.

If you love Jane's Addiction I can see why you would have loved seeing them on that tour. Wish I had.

I've seen them at many a festival (V-fest mainly which is a crap festival imo I only went for the Chilis) and at stadiums all over. I have to say the latest time I went (I'm With You tour) they were poor.

In the main though an excellent live act. Shame Micheal Eavis doesn't agree or can't afford them.

Alot of people would agree with you that it could of been compressed and that the majority of the tracks are just fillers. I disagree. Most of the tracks i considered to be fillers at the start are now the tracks i prefer. I think most people just didn't give it a chance, a bit like me with their newest album.

Hee, nothing that crazy. Dexamphetamine was lovely, dubstep is unlistenable but easily avoided, and the goth scene is still indescribable. I have that music festival afterglow thing now, is nice.

Ah, so that's why my ears were burning! Will have a look. I'm not sure I'm a troo metalhead though - I seem to be a bit of a genre-whore lately.
