i've known plenty of people who smoked daily since 13-14 and my self from 18-26, no real difference between us. No brain damage from either group either. What you describe is what i typically see when i see clouds anyway, there's sunlight going through them and seeing bits of that as spots seems perfectly normal.
the evidence of a link between schizophrenia and cannabis use at younger ages is incredibly weak and should be scrutinized severely before people throw it around.
I don't see how it can possibly damage your body at that age, if you were a medicinal smoker and needed cannabis at 14, what's the fucking difference? if there is a difference show a legit study with a huge sample size that actually proves this damage to occur. AKAIK there is no evidence (concrete) that it is at all damaging to your body (just causal links which are BS). Psychologically, well if you don't like the way it makes you feel then don't smoke it but you aren't causing yourself brain damage.
If that were the case then a large percentage of stoners would be brain damaged by now and we'd know it. That isn't the case. I'd be willing to bet you are perfectly fine and just over thinking things. Cannabis may not be harmful physically but psychologically it can stir some shit up and that'd be my only concern. So if you don't like the effects, don't smoke it, whether it's kush or not doesn't really matter (unless kush gives you more anxiety than mids, which is possible).
I'd be willing to bet my life on the idea that you will not be damaged physically in any way if you are getting high every single day as a teenager. up and down regulation of cannabis receptors i don't think is a big deal and cannabis isn't strong enough to affect the whole system like a synthetic cannabinoid can.
to answer OP's question, no your brain is not damaged.
^how are you forgetful for a few days? did that stereotypical image of a stoner really seep into you or something? I've completed a fair amount of academic tasks incredibly well and efficiently while stoned, things that greatly required the use of my memory.
