got home at 7pm and finally fixed 250mg heroin IV to get rid of the sniffles and body aches. Got an alright high after a few cones.
since then gram blunts of sour diesel & 350mg heroin IV. Nice and high. Have another 300mg or so so i don't have to worry about being sick for 48~ hours. Can't afford to be dope sick at the end of the quarter.

seriously sick of having to worry about getting well everyday. Can't wait to taper off with suboxone, have a nice fentanyl binge and take a tolerance break!

Doing some ketamine for the first time in 1 1/2 weeks and smoking some great bud for the first time in 3 weeks. Not sure of the strain name but it is very good stuff and I have two other strains that I haven't tried yet.

The ketamine is synergizing perfectly with the bud and my prescription doses of hydrocodone, morphine, and gabbapentin. Getting very getting very good euphoria and pain relief from in. Going to do a bit more ketamine and then lay down and float away while listening to some chill music.
