^Have you tried doing a body scan, Mugz? Usually I start from either my head or my toes and notice how that part of my body feels, focus on it for a bit, and then just let the feelings go and relax without judgement about how I might be feeling, then I move on to the next closest body part and do the same. I usually am asleep before I reach the other side of my body.

Just got home from work and i see paramedic cars outside of my house, i run inside and i find out my mother fell down the stairs and she was rushed to the hospital...now im left cleaning up her blood off the floor. No one will tell me her condition so i have to sit this out and wait. Fucking life will always throw me curve balls.

Just got home from work and i see paramedic cars outside of my house, i run inside and i find out my mother fell down the stairs and she was rushed to the hospital...now im left cleaning up her blood off the floor. No one will tell me her condition so i have to sit this out and wait. Fucking life will always throw me curve balls.

I hope things turn out well for her. keep up updated and ill keep her (along with all the other TDS family) in my thoughts
