etizolam is the best value for money

pyrazolam is nice but you'll need high doses if you have a tolerance to benzos so it'll get quite expensive

flubromazepam is relatively new, has some nice reports about it, but I've never tried it so won't go any further than that

phenazepam can be dangerous and may be illegal (depends on where you live), but supposedly can also be nice if you manage to dose it properly

not aware of any other ones

(and technically neither etizolam nor phenazepam are rcs)
 
Some little nugget of info i picked up somewhere else on BL: If you take 1 etizolam per 1 pregabalin it boosts the fuck out of both of them, I had 3 of each last night, and it was good, I find with pregs though if i take more than 4-6 i start feeling anxious and trippy (mind that wouldnt happen combined with etiz,.

Now my opiate use is virtually down to zero, im looking for new wys to escape sobriety. This one is worth doing, Might do 4 or 5 of each tonight.

Also going to pre-boost with cimetidine :D
 
NO. the plan is get off opis - almost done
2 quit smoking/cut down benzos
3 get fit as fuck
4 do the highlands

i think im gonna be pushed harder than i want by all the agencies im with now with the benzo taper, so dont know what will happen if thats the case, Slower the better, Im virtually off opis using my own taper plan, without 1 single bad day of wds, apart from the uncontrollable sobbing this week (i think that's PAWS). Things migt change once the opis are totally flushed out through. :|

Pregabalin can be very hit and miss. Have you tried high doses (6+) ?
 
lol! I'm not, wikipedia says it makes you feel dizzy. But then I saw some posts on BL where someone said it was quite good.

But...

I still think a walk in the highlands would be more fun.
 
Pregabs not bad, i used to neck a load of gabapentin when i was ickle with some mates for that uniquely weird high, pregabalins like a stronger version of that and pregabs not bad for anxiety or to go with a few beers, not great by any shot, but not bad either, tis more sought after than benzos in psychiatric hospitals, god knows why

Yes i totally agree. Got a lot of work to do on fitness or lack of first.

Once im off the cigs the training begins. If i do what stephen fry does walk around london listening to his ipod all day, If you walk 2 hours a day, 3 times a week, for 4 weeks you can be back to a very high trekking level of fitness as quick as that., Of course the more you do you get fitter and stronger all the time, and you fly past all the dawdlers.

I'm really looking forward to it, apparently there are places where you can do 'wild camping' which has appealed to me for years

wonder if it will be so easy this time after 4 years of drug caining.:sus:

I'm planning to spend quite a long time up there, depending on weather etc. My plan is for more of a 1-2 week tour, than a quick visit.

I think I'm going for a fairly wrecked but still functional 4 preg, 4 etz, plus all them cannabinoids of course/ tonight.

If you want to shift some weight and get fit the best way is intensity training - so walk to the park sprint as fast as you can for 1 minute then stop and wait till your breathing and heart rate are baseline and sprint again, repeat five times and try and do a minimum of 3 days - need only take 20 minutes a session.
 
Mate, i so wish i could do intensive sprinting etc. Unfotunely me legs are rather fucked, i have shin splints dodgy knee cartilages on both legs, My sister is a keen sprinter and she recently took me out for a gentle jog, My shins ached and pained for months afterwards. So thanjs fr you suggesion but no running for me. Fast to very fast walking i can do, But ill never be able to run again without weeks of pain afterwards.

BTW, your plan is sound, just doesnt fit a freak like me :sus:
 
I get shin splints - fucking horrid - even if i walk too fast for too long but running doesnt seem to effect them to badly. I had part of my right knee cartilage out when i was 19 and suffer a little with my left but tbh i havent done this raining for a long time but want to start again - will see how it turns out
 
Diazemuls 5mg/ml for I.V.

So I picked some of these up last time I was at the hospital, I have no intention of IVing them but would like to know if they can be used orally/rectally or something. I'm gonna need some benzos if I want to sleep tonight & I'm out of powder. Anyone familiar with these things?

By the way, you can dissolve benzo powder in propylene glycol and squirt it up your arse, but I really don't recommend, for me it was immediate blackout followed by being woken up in a pool of vomit and piss. That was 4mg etizolam, obviously I'd gone on to take more but I have absolutely no memory of doing anything other than squirting the first 4mg.

I, sorry ive a sick and twistd mind, but do you always stick to the ratio of 1:1. I made some 8:1s last ti,e and they were like shots of the worlds most wonderful liqour.
 
Just depends on how much powder I have; my etizolam was 2.2mg/ml, my flubromazepam is 4.2mg/ml. I tend to make up 50ml or 100ml at a time.

I don't think my parents have got Geraanimuna ;)
