I usually take moon rocks when I do MDMA and weigh my doses on the MG scale, but this weekend I can only attain a pressed pill told to contain 200mg. I'm splitting it in half with my mate. I've had little success nights with doses ~80mg MDMA and especially since this is a pressed, the likelihood of having precisely 100mg is highly dubious.

And aren't NBOMe's and MDMA both partial NMDA antagonists as well? MDMA binds to 5HT, does it not?

Have you had experience with other 25X-NBOMes? PM me so we can talk further. I wanna get this combo just right

That's the plan , dan. :) I am excited to try 25I. I have the possibility of taking 825ug, 412.5ug, or 275ug complexed blotter. I'm always compelled to go big or go home with my trips, and I don't think 825 is too high for someone with my experience. Not to gloat whatsoever but I have had many, many countless DMT trips, I feel like all the times i drop acid it wants to turn into DMT so bad haha. Everything should just be DMT, it's beautiful...
Think 825ug is a nice starting dose?

What? NBOMe's don't "take" or even release serotonin. They are agonists. A normal amount of MDMA will appear much more powerful because of potentiation. Your advice is dangerous.

That's what I thought... they both have 5HT binding affinity but they are also both NMDA antagonoists, right?

Although I have noticed a distinct dissociative tone to 25I at higher doses, I don't think there is anything to suggest that they are NMDA antagonists. NMDA agonists are neurotoxic.
 
How many 25I-NBOMe 500mcg would i need to take for a good trip?
Is it possible for there to be more amount than on one? Also, is it anything like acid? is it as intense? what are the general effects?

You're first time all you need is 1. :) If you want extra effects, take a second. But don't do more than that you're first time.
 
about how many mLs of white vinegar should it take to dissolve 20 mg of 25I freebase? Today I tried to dissolve 20 mgs of 25I freebase and it took about 48 mLs and it still didn't look completely homogenous. Any tips on getting it to dissolve into white vinegar easier?

Use Liquor or Citrus juice. Vinegar is going to taste SOO bad.

Is this where I should post about 25I-NBOH? Someone linked me here.

I guess this is supposed to be the thread about NBOH now. So here.

I can't find the old NBOH thread, so I guess I'm making a new one.

Today I received both some 25I-NBOMe and 25I-NBOH. The NBOH looks more like a "cocaine texture" powder, and seems to have more volume/weight, while the NBOMe is more fluffy/dusty looking. So the NBOH bag looks like it has more than the NBOMe bag, but they both weigh out to 12mg. Another notable difference is color. NBOH is pure white, while NBOMe is more of a tan color.

I am going to try the NBOMe first, so I can compare it to reports here and my personal experiences with other phenys. But there WILL be some reports on comparison of dosage (etc) VERY very soon.

So if I dosed 500mcg like 1hr ago, should I be feeling it? Suggestions on redosing?

I don't think I left it in my mouth long enough. 15 min.
 
as a rule of thumb, one should never, ever redose because they are not feeling it. It is an absolute rookie error to do so.
 
But this is something you HAVE to keep in your mouth long enough, right? If you swallow it, it just turns to 2c-I.
 
Yes, but unfortunately that is the game you play when you swallow it early. At this stage it could kick in, or it could not. If it doesn't you leave unharmed. If it does, you are at risk of harm. We are all about reducing harm.

It is entirely possible that you will not trip today but IMHO you would be a fool to roll the dice by redosing. Them's loaded dice.
