Yo farmaz, welcome back! Have you had a nice break?
No not really, had some serious problems with my missus, been back into the smack again too sadly.
Bonus was I came across Hagakure by Yamamoto Tsunetomo which I have been reading alot & also began to read about Zen Buddhism which I like but the Hagakure is amazing. If you ever seen the film Ghost dog way of the samurai it's the book he reads from & quotes through the film.
1)The Way of the Samurai is found in death. Meditation on inevitable death should be performed daily. Every day when one's body and mind are at peace, one should meditate upon being ripped apart by arrows, rifles, spears and swords, being carried away by surging waves, being thrown into the midst of a great fire, being struck by lightning, being shaken to death by a great earthquake, falling from thousand-foot cliffs, dying of disease or committing seppuku at the death of one's master. And every day without fail one should consider himself as dead. This is the substance of the way of the samurai.
2)There is surely nothing other than the single purpose of the present moment. A man's whole life is a succession of moment after moment. If one fully understands the present moment, there is nothing left to do, and nothing else to pursue
