*face in palms of my hands*.
Don't do that.
I've tried to warn you, I've given you the scientific sources and this is my last post on this thread.
Taking 15mg and then going on a bike ride is insane.
End of story.
Oh come on. I know this is a harm reduction website and everything, but basically saying "15mg temazepam and riding a bicycle is INSANE - end of story, no matter what your tolerance" is hyperbole.
It is a sedative/hypnotic benzodiazepine but 30mg, especially with Dexedrine, for someone who can handle 1-2mg clonazepam, is not the kind of dose that makes riding your bike "insane". 15mg is especially not insane. 15mg is the kind of dose that you may not even notice unless you go lie down (for some people). Keep in mind that while some people seem to describe temazepam as a euphoric, hard-hitting super-powerful anomaly among benzos, for many others it is nothing but a moderately strong intermediate-acting benzo. Some consider it all-out weak.
I find that Z-drugs are not suitable for daytime use, as they only possess hypnotic effects, but temazepam has a range of effects that could viably be enjoyed during the day.
I personally don't rate temazepam all that highly and while I would agree that its best therapeutic use is to treat insomnia, it's just fine for daytime use. With little to no tolerance I used to dose around 60-120mg for recreational purposes, which would get me quite relaxed.
30mg is the kind of mosquito bite I really wouldn't be able to distinguish from placebo unless I was particularly anxious, drinking alcohol, or going to sleep.
EDIT: Note that riding a bicycle is significantly different to riding a motorcycle (if "bike" in this context meant that) or a car.
